This salon has the nastiest attitudes that I have ever come across. One of the head stylist, when the first opened, made a nasty comment about me smoking outside. Several other customers overheard this LOUD comment. Today I decided to try again. The store opens at 9:00, one stylist was inside setting up at 9:15. I waited until I saw another stylist coming in to work. I got out of my car and waited at the door. She passed in front of me waiting at the door The other stylist inside opened the door for her. She walked in and closed and locked the door in my face without a word. Now you know the rest of the story. Go well informed at your own risk :( my advice is find another salon :)

I certainly just spent $32 for something that I could have done myself. The so called "hairstylist" barely spent 5 minutes on me when I asked for a shape up and left it uneven. She clearly did not know what she was doing but what really frustrates me is that I called 30 minutes earlier to make sure they had someone who knew how to cut mens hair. My eyebrows were horribly done and look more like if I would have only asked for them to be cleaned up when I even showed her a photo of how I wanted them done. Not only dont they know what they are doing but are also liars. I feel extremely disappointed, it seems that Nicole (manager) is the only competent person working here.

Haircut looked aweful. I normally go to Koncepts barber but they were closed and I decided to try somewhere new. I spent $20+ on a haircut that I couldve done myself. It was uneven and not what I described to the lady who cut my hair. If waited till Kocnepts opened, I would of saved $5 and the haircut would been much much better. Will never come again.

One type I use when going to a new stylist is to ask for a stylist who can use marcel curlers. If they cant work marcels, they cant play in my hair. Lawnee is a BEAST! My sister recommended this Hair Cuttery but my method led me to my new stylist! In addition to her styling ability, she is friendly, the hours are GREAT and the price is PERFECT!!!

Made my daughter wait 40 minutes for a trim, as she watched customers walk in without appt and get served first. Then as she us waiting she over hears them talong about they didnt even know if they could cut her hair. She stood up and said, " Im standing right here and heard that". And then walked out without service.

Amazing!!! My mom is in a wheelchair, and has limited mobility. Not only did they work well with her, but they accommodated her so well!! Its just a good atmosphere with amazing stylists. Im always coming back to this one!

Ive been there twice. Both times they have saved my "not so great" home hair cuts. Friendly staff, always laughing. They also great everyone as soon as they walk in and handle walk-ins with ease. Prices are good as well!
