Extra Space Storage has been just what I needed to store some items that had to come out of my house when I sold it, but had no place at my new residence. The unit is clean, dry and secure, and the property has been well-maintained since Extra Space took over, so I can find "new homes" for my items with the confidence that they will be okay in the meantime. I am very pleased with this facility. In addition, the office manager has always been accommodating in answering questions.

My experience at Extra Space Storage in Skippack has been nothing short of amazing! This location has proved to be a convenient, clean, and safe place to store my products for my retail business. The site manager, Jenn, and staff have been friendly and available for all my needs. (I have been especially impressed with the personal approach they have taken to ensure my overall positive experience) I completely recommend renting storage space at this location.

The care that Deb and Jen show to their customers is second to none. They really go the extra mile. The facility is clean and well maintained. I feel very secure storing our belongings here. Jen was super helpful in getting me set up with my unit. I couldnt have asked for better, friendlier service. She made the process as easy as could be and was able to quickly resolve a minor issue I had with my storage unit. I highly recommend this location. Top notch service and they even have a very clean restroom for customers!

Ive been a tenant at the Skippack site for a little over two years, mostly ups but some downs..and thru it all Jenn and the ExtraSpace staff are always helpful and friendly.. Moved my stuff out recently but when and or the need arrises Ill definitely be back. thanks for the service guys...and gals..!!!

I have no complaints. It served its purpose. There werent any leaks into my unit like Ive heard about storage units in general. All my stuff was removed from storage in the same condition it was put in. Average/neutral experience for me.

HORRIBLE! 2 price increases in 1 year! Now they charge $8 to pay by phone! Manager is awful; had to complain to corporate about his constant absence. How can you pay in person if no one is there??? AVOID ALL SMART STOPS!
