This gym does not care about anything but the kids sporting events. The classes areas get pushed around in unsafe spaces and are a total afterthought. They cancel classes without any notice and dont replace the time slots with anything. They claim not enough attendance but whos going to show up if they feel like it may be canceled. Theres lost trust. Its a shame because it could have been built up to be something great. Regardless of how reasonable the cost is I do not plan on returning when the kids seasons are up. They seem to just use members in between seasons. Also parking right now with kids everywhere is awful. Ill be letting everyone know too as I used to rave about this place. Do yourself a favor and look into another gym. This is not a real gym. If you want to just use equipment since classes that fit your work schedule are all gone for good. There are multiple treadmills marked "out of order". Seems like its mismanaged and going downhill.

This place is really super great. The instruction you get is just about as good as personal training, but without the cost. Paul is a great instructor. They really focus on form and the workouts are different everyday. The other people that attend the classes are nice and friendly. This place is welcoming for folks at all ages and levels and not clicky at all, as some places can feel that way. My only gripe is the area for classes is small and seems to be getting smaller each day in some ways. They seem to be shuffling the schedule around based on what equipment has been moved for available space. I am still giving 5 stars as I am hoping this is temporary or could be a deal breaker in the future. Its a shame its a great spot! Check it out.

Good gym for the price! 20bucks if youre just going simple membership. I love the free weights and been looking for a gym not too expensive and includes free weights (olympic bars ez curl bars adjustable weights etc.)

Terrible courts to play really, any, sport. Ceilings are ridiculousy low. 1 stall bathrooms, not to mention extremely dirty and cramped. Hoping I never have a tournament here again.

Cheap and decent facility but often not open during listed hours with no signs, warnings, or apologies. Constantly tries to close early if it isnt packed.
