Staff/trainers are friendly. Great selections of equipments especially for those with Crossfit background and calisthenics. From what I know, none of the gyms have these types of equipments. Great price too! Why 4 stars? Members dont clean up after themselves- wipe off sweats, put equipments back, etc. (I have no tolerance for lazy and disrespect people, haha). I would recommend this place.

Management does not follow through. Ive been trying to resolve situation for over a month now, in person and on phone. Still waiting for a refund for personal training which was in fact cancelled in advance due to medical conditions. Very disappointing because overall I like the gym but I cant fake to notice that theyre pushing customers around eventually trying to screw you.

Hot water has been out on and off for two months now. Management knows its out since Friday but once again wont be looked at until Monday. So poorly managed that they dont even post signs stating that only ice cold showers are available. Management has no respect for paying customers time or experience. Strongly recommend not joining this poorly managed gym.

The gym is fine however I was lied to about my monthly amount by an employee who then left/or got fired....when I inquired about the rate I was paying, the whole situation was just brushed off and I was stuck with a higher bill than what was initially agreed on....you would think that could be verified through the paper work. Too bad no one even bothered

Equipment and staff are great. However, the hours on Sundays are terrible, especially if you work 9 to 5. Members should watch themselves when it snows or on certain holidays as the fitness is closed.

Visited the gym while on vacation. Nice layout. Very consistent with my home crunch gym and nice locker room and showers. Great experience and hope to return again before I head back home.

Classes are GREAT. Staff is friendly and helpful. They gym is very clean with loads of new equipment. And best of all it is close to home.
