Two lights at my house (kitchen light, outside light on deck) stopped working so I called Mr. Electric to have someone take a look. I was charged $116 to have someone come out to diagnose the problem. The technician who came to the house called me and said he had replaced the switches used to control the lights and it would be an additional $30. After the switch was replaced, the lights started working again...for about 1 week. I called Mr. Electric again to have them come back out and correct the problem, but I was told it would cost another $116 to diagnose the problem *again*. Getting charged another $116 to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time is BS. I would not waste my time or money on this company and strongly advise against hiring them for any work.

Really great service! Installed a transfer switch for my generator, did a ceiling fan and ran a new line for my freezer. The guys were professional. The office called and checked up on how everything went. The inspectors came out days later and checked everything. Only problem was waiting on township approval took a while, but not Mr. Electrics fault. The office took care of all the paperwork, but my township fee was really high.

I bought their switch installation service through an online vendor but before installation appointment they jacked up their price to double the original amount. When I was asking for clarifications, they then cancelled the order without honoring the original agreement. Not sure why they advertise decent service prices at first, then try to ask for higher amounts prior to installation. such a waste of time...

I told them I needed someone to come out and give me a quote to replace a small portion of knob & tube wiring in the house. They said it would cost $35 to send someone out to do exactly that. Once they got here, they said I would need to pay an additional $116/hr (for an unspecified amount of time) to give me the quote they told me the $35 fee would cover. They are liars. Do not use them.

Really friendly staff! I had a huge electrical problem that my painter tried to fix. Well he made it worse. They came out the next day, gave me a really fair price and left the area cleaner then when they got there! I really appreciated their assistance. Now they are designing my driveway lighting. Couldnt be happier.

Electricians came out and helped fix my electrical issues! The price was much more reasonable then other quotes I received. The guys were really nice, cleaned up and really knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them again. I found my originally on Angies List. Really highly rated and I can see why.

They did a fantastic job with our outdoor lights. Exactly how we wanted them to look and the pathway is now nice and bright. The guys were great and just a pleasure to work with. The lights had to be adjusted, but they never had a problem doing so. We are thrilled.
