I had a really great experience with Bruder Electric. They provided customer service that has far surpassed any other contractor that we have worked with to date. My first call was with Christine, who explained the entire process. Then, my appointment was confirmed the day prior by Scharde who also called me to inform me when they were near my house. Rick, the owner, came to the first visit and came at the earliest time in the schedule they provided. He was friendly and provided us some really good tips to make the most out of the work they provided. The tech who performed the work (only due to my work schedule not allowing everything to be done in one visit) also came right on time and helped disable an inactive outlet in addition to the work we paid for. This issue was unknown to us and was a huge fire hazard, so we are so happy he caught it! I felt their pricing was fair, especially given the quality of work and amount of customer service we received. Id recommend them to anyone!
