Do not take your child here. They will let your children baste in their own urine and feces and wont change them because they are "constantly understaffed." Not only will they not change them, but they will use sarcasm and act like they dont care about it when you ask them why your child is running around in pants that are sopping wet with urine. I should give a play by play of the conversation I had with my childs caregiver, but you probably wouldnt believe me if I told you how little this person could have cared about what was going on around her. On a separate occasion, my wife was walking in with our daughter the staff was overheard saying, "GREAT! There is number 12! fantastic!." Apparently because they were under staffed, again, and can only have 10 children to one employee. There is no excuse for them letting your children run around in their own bodily waste while you pay these people to ignore your children. We removed our daughter from there after only one week and multiple instances of horrible service. I suggest you avoid this place like the plague.

My son has been going there since he was 3 months old and the infant room is amazing I loved all the teachers and they loved my baby. He moved to the toddler room and they had all these rules that were not explained to me. 1. he could not have a sippy cup which was crazy because he just became a toddler. he was thirsty all the time.Which i was told they give them drinks every hour (bull crap) 2. I brung my child in 13 minutes after their lunch cutoff (that i didnt know about) kids were still eating and his tray was visible in my face , one provider took my son and went to feed him lunch since i told her he hadnt eaten yet, the other provider looked me dead in my face an stated do to policy they could not feed my son lunch and i had to take him home to feed him if he needed to eat lunch. Needless to say that was beyond unacceptable and a week later i took him out of the center. Rules are set into place for a reason i understand that but to not feed a child is crazy and i will not pay for anyone that is okay with this rule.
