I am a former employee and i absolutely hated working there. The management was terrible! They never gave any teacher the free time as promised when first hired to do any lesson plans, We would have to do them on our spare time. When the lesson plans were complete and we would turn in our supply list, we never received any supplies that were requested. Therefore the kids were not able to do certain activities that were described in the lesson plan. Management and PAM is terrible!! They never responded in a timely matter to any situation whether it was for the staff or children. I came from an accredited school before willowcreek and some "Rules" Willowcreek were following were not due to licensing or county regulated...these rule were made by Willowcreek because they were very lazy and didnt like explaining things or didnt know what exactly to explain to parents and staff. Dont get me wrong i loved the kids and staff members there and we all treated each child with care and respect BUT!!! I would not recommend you bringing your child to this facility, nor work there. ITS A BUNCH OF LIES!!

OUTSTANDING institution! Our daughter has been attending Willowcreek Academy in Gainesville for over a year now, and we could not be more impressed with the staff, management and curriculum. We thoroughly researched all of the daycares/schools in the area, chose Willowcreek Academy in Gainesville and we are very happy with our decision! The staff at this facility is like family to us and they have genuinely cared for and loved our daughter from day one. Thanks to the outstanding curriculum and teachers, our daughter has learned an incredible amount, and surpassed our expectations for her age. Our daughter is always talking about how much she loves her teachers, and as a parent, that is the most reassuring thing to hear. The management has always been wonderful, accommodating and attentive to our needs. If you want your child to have loving, kind teachers, who genuinely care, then you should strongly consider Willowcreek Academy in Gainesville.

About a month or so ago I was at WCA in Gainesville picking up my daughter from Pre-K when I heard the head director, I believe her name is Kristen and who actually has her child enrolled there, literally berating and belittling one of her staff members. The staff member was literally in tears and it was truly embarrassing and disheartening to hear. If I was talked to like that by someone like Kristen who appears to be very uneducated and definitely unpolished, I would have given her a beat down. After the conclusion of summer, I will be taking my child out of WCA and I will tell the owner the reason for doing is because of the lead director’s lack of people skills and lack of communications skills. No child should be subject to such ignorance and vitriol as the lead director at WCA espouses.

My child has been attending Willowcreek for over a year now. I have had nothing but a great experience there. I feel like the teachers genuinely love and care for my daughter. Ive seen such a difference with her interaction with other kids (we had a nanny before) and her academic skills. The daycare is the cleanest Ive seen (and I visited them all in the area) which is another huge plus in my book. Ive read some of the reviews about Willowcreek and I dont think its a fair representation. A lot of the parents that I speak to have been sending their children there for awhile and are very happy at Willowcreek. My suggestion is that if you are looking at schools in the area, check it out in person so you can see for yourself and even talk to the parents there.

Overcrowded, communication gaps, and too much turnover - we started when they opened this location and it was great at first, but after 3.5 years, we are looking to change. The infant and toddler rooms and teachers are amazing. But, preschool is just awful - lack of curriculum, structure, and not a great learning environment. The classrooms seem to be at max capacity, yet new kids are always arriving. Just this year they changed the layout so school agers are in the pre-K classroom, which means in the afternoon there are well over 20 kids in a small room and my pre-k child has become very anxious about going to school since the switch. The pre-III room had 3 different lead teachers in one year!

I absolutely recommend this daycare to all parents. 2 of my children have been in enrolled there since they were babies and the 3rd will be going in a few weeks. The teachers and staff have been amazing and the pre-k teachers worked so hard getting my son ready for kindergarten. They also have an amazing summer camp program that my kids absolutely enjoyed, from field trips to water days. It was hard to get them to leave in the evenings.

HORRIBLE !! Rude management . It seemed as though they never had time to answer and questions . My child got hurt during school hours and I didnt receive not one phone call!! The rules they had never seemed to make sense ... I would rather take my child to a home daycare at this point then bring him here! I do NOT recommend this place for anyone!! This place has HORRIBLE management and I hope they close this location asap!!

My wife and I do not have any children yet but we babysit some of our neighbor’s children. Two of our neighbors send their children to Willow Creek Academy and they have nothing to but great things to say about the management and teaching staff personnel. When my wife and I finally have children, Willow Creek Academy will certainly be the first school we send them to. Kudos Willow Creek Academy. Keep up the great work.

My son has been enrolled in Willowcreek since 6 weeks old. I absolutely love his teachers and the staff there are always amazing and greet me with a smile. They work with him doing tummy time and record everything he does that day. I never worried about leaving my son in their care when I returned back to work. I recommend this childcare for any family.
