My (nearly) 16 month old son has been enrolled at Kiddie Academy for about a year now, and he is thriving! His teachers are absolutely wonderful - kind, courteous, engaging, and talented. They are always working on a new activity - not only helping to develop his motor skills and teaching him social skills and cues, but having fun! He is engaing in "conversation" with others, singing, laughing, learning how to share and play well with his friends, and is truly a very happy boy. He is always smiling when I pick him up from school at the end of the day, and has already learned how to tease his teachers! I log into the CCTV system occasionally, as my work day permits, and have always observed that the kids are exceptionally well-cared for and always seem content. If they are not reading, playing, working on a craft, outside on the playground, they are eating or napping - always closely supervised. These teachers really care about each and every one of them!! The facility is still fairly new (2 years, maybe?) and very well maintained - always very clean, current, and creating a warm, safe environment. The administrators at the Leesburg facility are top-notch too! Ms. Tracey and Ms. Lindsay are professional, and always willing to help in any way they can. They have made themselves available to me anytime Ive ever asked, and are always very responsive to me. I truly appreciate that. While it is true that there was an incident over a year ago, the Kiddie Academy handeled it swiftly and firmly - discharging any personnel involved in the incident, directly or indirectly. Ms. Tracy, the current Director does an excellent job at managing not only the day to day operations, but knows each and every student (and summer camper), recognizes their parents/care-givers, and is always on top of things. A true professional! I HIGHLY recommend the Kiddie Academy of Leesburg to anyone looking for more than a babysitting service for their child(ren). The Kiddie Academy of Leesburg provides a safe, nurturing, educational, and happy environment.

We were very hesitant to start at Kiddie Academy (KA) after hearing about the abuse incident. With a whole new staff, we decided to give it a try with our 13 month old daughter this fall. We are pretty money conscious, so the rates were what got us "in the door" so to speak, but the facility is very nice, clean and modern. They also offer partial week plans which was very important to us and not all that common in the area for young ones. My wife (and in-laws) have really enjoyed the availability of the webcam, not for spying on the staff, as much as just seeing what our daughter is doing for the day. Our daughter has really taken to her primary provider and just lights up when she sees her. Full disclosure, our daughter has had quite a few "incidents", coming home with a bruised eye, a bloody nose, or a bruised head. Obviously, we dont want our daughter hurt, but we realize having an active toddler means some "boo-boos" are inevitable. For each incident the staff personally called to inform us what happened, and had us sign individual incident reports. This shows how KA has changed their policy to be informative of issues as they occur. Overall, we have been very please with our short stint at KA and would recommend it to friends.

My experience with KA is very good. My son started in KA last year with Mrs. Regina (she was so sweet with the kids, I miss her), Mrs. Kelly, Mrs. Lindsey (now the assistant Director) and Mrs. Brittney sometime with Mrs. Susan, all wonderful teachers. My son never gets bored and he was always doing something interesting and I like every time he had a story about his day at KA. What I like most from his teacher is the structure; every activity has a time and a moment. Another thing that I liked most is the daily report; I always like to talk to the teacher at the end of the day, I always want to know how his day was. The webcam is a great tool but I cant watch his activities most of the time. I also liked the different activities they are having for the kids and parents, it is wonderful to see the kids performing, singing, and showing their artistic skills. KA is a great place, Im happy and I recommend this Learning Center to any friend. Mrs. Tracey is always accessible and always has a smile for everybody same as Ms Lindsey. The facilities are safe, clean and organized. -DLópez

My daughter has attended Kiddie Academy since late 2011 (after the management and staff change). We initially had her in an in-home daycare and pulled her out after 6 days due to a horrible experience. Kiddie Academy has been everything we were looking for in a daycare and more. Since attending, my daughter has learned sign language, Spanish, shapes, numbers, colors, her ABCs, etc. and had a ton of experiences with special events through the school. We are continually amazed at what she picks up from their curriculum. She also brings home a ton of artwork, stories from school and we see her on the webcam playing outdoors often. She loves her teachers and the entire staff knows her (and our family) by name. We are having another baby in the spring and I do not hesitate at all to take her to Kiddie Academy when I go back to work. I highly recommend Kiddie Academy to everyone who will listen!

We recently enrolled our newborn daughter into Kiddie Academy in Leesburg. My husband and I found the first day dropping her off at daycare to be both upsetting and stressful. However, on the second day, my daughter smiled when she saw her teacher and I immediately felt better. The staff are responsive to a new mother’s questions and seem to genuinely care about the kids. I receive pictures of my daughter throughout the day and am able to log into their camera system whenever I want to watch how she’s doing. At the end of the day I’m emailed a daily report of when she slept, ate, and had a diaper change. The older kids who have been in the daycare longer than my newborn seem to have such a great bond with the teachers; I’m looking forward to my daughter creating those relationships as well. I would recommend Kiddie Academy to my friends and family.

Kiddie Academy has been a blessing for both of my girls expescially for my youngest which is two and is in the Moving Monkeys. She went from not really talking to talking in full understandable statements, not only that the staff is truly there for children and very active with them. I have been in every class and personally seen many of the children thrive towards excellent and meet their own personal goals. The teachers there well what can I say about all the wonderful teachers that Tracey and Lindsay have but that every last one of their staff treat the children like family with love, compassion and understanding of their own needs. To be honest if your looking for a place for your child to feel at home away from home Leesburg Kiddie Academy is where you would want your child. -- Sherrie Hutton

I have two children ages 11months and 3years that attend Kiddie Academy. I would have to say now after being with the school for over 7 months that we love the teachers and the school. My 11month old has teachers who truly care for her and help her grow. They called me to tell me to watch the camera and I was able to see her take 3 steps... YIPPEE!! I was so proud of her, and thankful for the teachers sharing the moment with me. My son who is in the preschool room loves his teacher. Every morning he goes running into his room right up to his teacher for hugs. I love the art projects that come home. Overall I would have to say that I am impressed with Kiddie Academy, they have really done a lot for my children and its nice to know that when Im working they are enjoying their day.
