My son has been at Minnieland since he was an infant (He is now 4 years old) and I absolutely love them. My boyfriend and I are both working parents and cannot thank them enough for everything they do for him. For the first time (ever) Minnieland is closed on Veterans day so that the teachers can have a professional work day without having to work on a weekend. While I can see how it might inconvenience some of us, they work hard to teach and take care of our children and should be able to enjoy their weekends off just as us parents do. I know that a lot of other daycares are closed for professional development days (along with pretty much every other holiday that Minnieland continues to stay open on). These teachers are also here when it snows and strive to stay open for us parents who are still expected to work no matter the weather. My son loves the teachers and management, as do we. Any issue Ive brought to Management have always been handled and I truly appreciate them for that. We are expecting another child in February and it puts my mind at ease knowing that we have such a caring place for him to go when he arrives. I love love love Minnieland @ North Stafford.

My wife and I decided to leave Minnieland because of lack of professionalism of the staff and management. I have been working with several child care facilities and I havent seen management so bipolar. One of the managers was very nice and caring the other one was totally mean. I hated going into the facility when she was there. She was rude and very short with you if there is a problem. I felt like I was talking to a politician. Another one of my complaints I have was against some of the teachers that do not paying attention. My daughter is very nice and yet some of the children would pick on her and make fun of her and the teachers didnt hear anything. That frequently happens at this center. I recommend if you Love your children to find another center to go to. Some of the children there would pick on my son and he would retaliate with physical violence. Several times he would get picked on and would punch a student in the nose. My son would get in trouble but not the other child. Last but not least, they don’t discipline children by putting them in timeout they just redirect.

My daughter has been attending Minnieland at North Stafford for almost 3 years now. I cant begin to tell you how much she loves it. She started when she was 3 months old and will be 3 in March. The teachers are wonderful to her and she loves them to bits.My 5 month old son is also attending and I had no qualms when I dropped him off for the first time when returning from maternity leave. The teachers are so warm and loving and made my first day back to work that much easier knowing he was in wonderful hands. (Especially with Mrs. Valerie and Mrs. Crystal and Mrs. Asminda, Love them!!!!) The front office staff is amazing too. Mrs. Ashlee and Mrs. Di Andra are so sweet and always have the kids best interest at heart. I never have any issues calling to check up on the kids or contacting them for administrative questions. They are always helpful, pleasant and kind. My daughter runs up to them to give them hugs good-bye too. I would highly recommend sending your children to this daycare.

My daughters have been attending this daycare for the past 8 years and I find it sad that the corporate would close the facility on Veterans day pretty much as a slap in the face for the Gov employees and Military employees because they have the day off. Well guess what, they deserve it. You are over priced and go up every year with no upgrades. I only allow my kids to attend because you open so early ........trust me if I knew of another daycare that opened at 0530 theyd be gone by now. As a retired veteran myself I will try everything in my power to let it me known what Minnieland has done to inconvenience ALL the working parents that have PAID you to be open on VETERANS DAY and these kids are sill in school, some of which like my kid the bus picks her up at the facility. Now we are forced to continue to pay you and someone else to do the job you were already paid to do! Conduct your training on the weekends and pay your employees like we pay you Monday - Friday !!

The Director is very rude and unprofessional. They do not follow their own curriculum. Some teachers are good but I know for a fact that at least 4 teachers have quit due to the Management issues. They forget to let them on their brakes and lunch. Please do not take your children here.

My daughter has been with Minnieland since she was 6 weeks old. They have treated her amazing since the first day she got there. She will be 2 in May. I highly recommend Minnieland as being one of the top best daycares in the Stafford area.

Love this daycare, I happened to work for them when I was a teen and loved the environment even as an employee. Now years later, I have a lovely baby boy who happens to love his daycare as much as I do. Appreciate their TLC.
