Horrible. Do not go to this salon. I have natural hair and was looking for a salon nearby that knew how to style black natural hair. I called and she assured me that she specialized in black hair care. I told her I wanted a trim (some of my hair was heat damaged) and asked her if she could recommend me some products so I could wear my hair natural as I didnt want to continuously straighten it. She says ok. I get there and she essentially tells me that she doesnt do natural hair styles and only straightens, this is after washing my hair. I was disappointed but allowed her to cut my hair. I told her that she could straighten my hair if she didnt know how to cut it naturally. She assured me she knew how. It started off like she knew what she was doing then midway in she starts hacking away at my hair. I came in with hair down to the middle of my back and left with it above my shoulders and very uneven. Then she had the nerve to charge me for it. I was so angry. I had to go to another salon to fix it. Not only was it uneven but unevenly layered and I never asked for layers. It was traumatizing. The worst experience ever. STAY AWAY! Ill continue to go to Philly where they know what they are doing.

Horrible!! To ensure we had a good experience we first scheduled a consultation with the owner in regards to having a weave put into my daughters hair. We paid for the hair the day of the consultation, upfront. We scheduled the appointment on a separate day. We arrived on time the day of the appointment (10-11) and had to wait over an hour before her assistant braided my daughters hair In my opinion, hindsight 2020, I think thats where this all went wrong. Not only did we have to wait longer but the owner would work on other peoples hair while she was working on my daughters hair weave. I believe the owner knew it was not a good job, but maybe she couldnt admit it. It was our first time experiencing a hair weave we thought that maybe she just had to get used to the weave. That wasnt the case. Very disappointed. As crazy as it sounds I dont think my daughter wanted the drama of going back there or even to have called to share her bad experience . We spent a lot of money that day, dint leave til 8 pmish.

I went to Cashmere Salon with a Dealyo coupon for a Privana Hair Treatment. The salon was meticulously clean and both Juanita, the owner, and my stylist, Racquel, were so friendly and hospitable. It was a very relaxing environment with smooth jazz music playing in the background. The process took 3 hours...and so far, was well worth it. My hair dries in half the time and it feels soft and manageable. They use only the best, all natural products. I highly recommend them.

It is not easy for a sister to find a good salon in the suburbs. Cashmere Salon is wonderful!! Juanita brought my hair back to health without harsh chemicals - my family and friends keep telling me how good it looks now. The salon itself is a clean, calming place - very refreshing. Will definitely return in the future!

I not only love Cashmere Salon but Juanita, the owner is a great person! If youre looking for a salon to come to regularly then this is the place to come. My hair is soo healthy and I come back every 2 weeks to maintain it. The prices are great too escpecially for a college student.
