I have been taking my vehicles for service to Goodyear (Brooks Huff) for 15 years. They used to have a location near my home, when they moved I drove the extra distance to stay with my head mechanic. I have also taken other family vehicles to them. In fact, my son in law uses them exclusively now, that is saying something, when you recommend an establishment to friends and family. Kim (the head mechanic) always makes sure that my vehicle is repaired correctly and safely. This is important to me as I am a "Road Warrior". Garrett and Bill always have kind words and smiles on their faces. Laughing and joking with me whenever I call or take my vehicle in for service. The techs (sorry I dont know your names) look very professional and keep a very clean work area. You never hear any grumbling like other garages. I would highly recommend them to service your vehicle, it is worth the little extra you might pay. Another thing, Kim, has gotten shoes for his entire family and is working on neighbors and friends now! Little inside joke, couldnt resist:) Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

WOW is all i can say, i was greeted at the front door by 2 smiling faces, one was the store manager up on his feet standing by the desk waiting to hlp and the other was a young man waiting holding the door because i have a crutches. i new right then in there we were doing business, they we confident in everything we talked about and showed no shadow of a doubt in any questions i had. when i think car garage i would never expect to receive the service i did form everyone here. even the technician who worked on my car created me kindly and gave me his name so if i had any future questions i was welcome to call back and hed gladly help with anything i needed. simply wonderful expierience!! i assure you i will b back, forever

I have been having my vehicles serviced for 20+ years between the two locations in York PA. I love the staff that always takes care of me. They treat me well and always ask what the problem is and give me suggestions on the maintenance on my vehicles. Kim and Bill are experts at what they do and the guys in the garage doing the work are meticulous specialists with the technical work. Thank you so much for keeping us safe on the road!

Employees give contradicting info on emission/inspection laws...Called four different Brooks Huff locations in PA. All gave a different answer to the same question. Have taken my four vehicles here for almost 10 years. Could have cared less that they lost my buisness. Very easy for them to take advantage of people and seems like they dont mind the potential negative impact for their customers (1000 dollars for me in this case).

bought time York pa has a garage that can be trusted and dedicate there hole team to solving your problem... I met the technician who serviced my car, e was as nice as the guys up front and clean to boot. not covered in 100 layers of grease and grim. so pleased to have found this place!

Cant comment much on the service since I never got any. Was told my car would be checked out after calling ahead. Dropped it off and then checked in hours later, hasnt even been looked at yet. Dont go here unless you want to wait hours for nothing

Everyone was very friendly but the price for the part I needed was extremely overpriced. I understand smaller shops need to charge a little more but there was a two hundred dollar difference when I took it to a dealership.

Went in for state inspection last year with no problems. Went in this year driving only 2500 miles and there was a list a mile long as to to what was "needed" ! You kidding me? Stay away. Dishonest!

$33 for a flat fix, and they took my nice bullet valve cap and returned me my tire with a cheap gray plastic cap. No thanks, Ill take my car and money elsewhere.
