I had previously used this location for multiple vehicle maintenance of both my private and business vehicles but have since severed my relationship with this station. I had several incidents of poor workmanship at this location to include: 1. A new tire -had under 2000 miles on it- that was sent in for a minor repair covered under the additional roadside insurance I purchased from them ( nail causing slow leak) that was incorrectly repaired. I brought the tire back as the leak had not subsided and was informed that they could not repair it as the first repair was done wrong and I would have to buy another tire. I contacted the corporate office of Brooks and Huff on several occasions but was never received a reply of acknowledgment to the inquire or complaint. 2. I had several instances where I was not convinced that they were rotating the tires on my vehicles as requested and charged for. I proceeded to mark the tires before my next service and, when picking up the vehicle after, found that the tire had not been rotated as stated on the service bill. I proceeded to question the service manager who was adamant that they indeed rotate the tires until I pointed out to both him and the service technician the identification marks I placed on each tire noting their position. They then, and only then, admitted that the made a mistake and rotated the tires. 3. I brought two separate vehicles in for routine service (oil changes) and upon returning both vehicles to my garage, notes oil leaking from both drain plugs. Nether plug was properly seated and both were in jeopardy of falling out while vehicle(s) were in use. While the front-end of the business has always conducted themselves in a professional manner, the back –end of the business, the end that performs the actual service sold and charged for, is less than adequate and should be avoided. I question the business ethics of any business that fails to acknowledge or even reply to a customers who has issued a complaint.

Stopped in and talked to Jason and Matt at length about what tires would best suit my crossover. After discussing the mixed reviews I saw for the tires I was interested in, they both put me at ease by answering all my questions. When I went in the next morning for installation of the tires, Jason and the mechanics were very courteous and helpful in finalizing this purchase and installing my tires. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated and I would not hesitate to return there for other services. Thank you!

I wanted to update my review. I still consistently use Brooks Huff for almost all of my vehicle needs that I cant handle myself. Absolutely professional and nice friendly staff all the way around. As long as I am a local resident I will continue to use the Manchester store as much as I can. Thanks again for all that you do.

Our truck was breaking down and couldnt be driven much further, and the employees took the time to diagnose the problem quickly. They told us approximately how much time, and money, it would take to fix, and helped us get a rental car service. They were extremely thoughtful, did a great job, and the employees were very kind.

Mixed feelings about the place. Great and friendly staff but fairly rediculous pricing. Wanted to charge $1,100 for four ball joints. Also got window regulator done and paid $30 extra for new door clips and they werent even installed correctly! Had to put self tapping screws in to hold the panel on.
