In reference to Chris Nashs review he was charged additional time to install his LifeSafer blow and go device. The fee from LifeSafer , the monthly "rental" of the unit and the install from Hampstead Performance was what you were charged. Your bill with Hampstead Performance being $ 117.00 total, which was disclosed to you prior the court ordered install. You did mention if time allowed to diagnose your check engine light, which was not able to happen that day and we requested you bring it back at another appointed time at your convenience. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding. Drive safe

Went to this shop and discussed my car with the owner. Went back to pick up the car and was charged 255$ more for what was explained to me as an "upcharge". This was not discussed with me whatsoever until I picked my vehicle up. On top of all this my issue was still not corrected. Shop owner is arrogant and prices are not what is quoted. I would rather take my car to pep boys or a neighborhood kid in trade school. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I went in for an estimate on some minor custom exhaust work. When I questioned why I was being charged 130% mark-up on a part, I was given an answer that sounded like a rehearsed line from Tommy Boy, " well you can buy a steak at Weis, but Texas Road House aint gonna cook it for you." I am a "car guy" and an educated consumer. I was definatly not treated as one.

Have been doing business with Rick for years. Thanks, I can always count on you folks to take care of my parents cars. I own a shop out of town and I have Ricks crew work on my parents cars. Feels good to have them at a place where I know they wont get something that is not beneficial.

Dishonest serviceman. Im not sure about the owner, but I had an employee lie to me three times about a claim for my vehicle. Seems like he was just trying to overcharge me with my warranty. Went to another car shop, no lies and no overcharging. I do not recommend this place at all.
