Had a misunderstanding about the price I was quoted and the bill when I arrived to pick up my car. After I expressed my discontent via an email Alan, the owner called and offered to make things right. Good customer service.

Gave them a call about the AC in my car. Guy on the phone said 1200-1400 dollars without even looking at it. Was also unwilling to even look at it. Scheduled the car with a different garage, 85 dollar fix.
