One star is more than these crooks deserve! Booked my appointment online for 2:00pm to get a battery install and oil change (advertised at $19.99 done in under 29 minutes) and arrived at 1:55pm. At drop off, I also asked that they visually check tires, but said not to fix anything because I have free flat repair at Town Fair. Service tech said it "should be an hour tops." Went for a walk and came back at 3:30pm, and my car was still unmoved in the lot with an empty service bay. 4:00pm and they finally bring my car in; still the only car in the service bay. 5:00pm THREE HOURS LATER!!!) and my car finally rolls out; service desk didnt bother to call me, had to go request checkout myself. At checkout, they tried to charge me $19.99 for flat repair after I asked them specifically NOT to do any flat repair, just visual check. It took two managers approval to remove the begrudgingly remove the charge. Because I had to deal with this, I overlooked the fact that they charged me $32.29 for an advertised $19.99 oil change! Didnt notice that one until I got home. On top of it, my air pressure light was still on! And the icing? They charged an undisclosed "shop fee" of $4.50! This was a horrible experience. Save some time and frustration and just throw your money in the trash.

DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL RISK YOUR LIFE! I brought my brand new 19" aftermarket rims with 4 BRAND NEW tires staggared setup. Firts of all they put the small tires on the bigger wheels also damaged, scratched, knicked, and scuffed all of the wheels, and put weight all over the wheels. after a long convo with Manager Al and some argument I received a check a week later. then I brought my service to another shop where I was pointed out where they bent and punctured my BRAND NEW TIRES!!! also damaged one of my sensor! and after speaking to AL again! he tells me I he returned everything to me in the same condition I brought it??? BRAND FREAKING NEW WHEELS TIRE AND SENSORS!!!! then telling me " First it was the wheels then the sensors now your trying to claim the tires" are your FREAKING SERIOUS you damaged everything and your tryna put this towards me?? BUNCH OF CLOWNS!!! I Cant even explain my frustration but all of this with only wheels and tires imagine if they work on your vehicle dont risk your life or your families lives bring it to SEARS in Attleboro instead. Ill be waiting for response from corporate this store should honestly shut down! BRAND NEW WHEELS+TIRES for my 2014 Mercedes Benz Incredible!

New service manager mike is a joke iv been coming here for years and always bought my tires somewhere else and had them mount and balance the tires. Been doing that for years and now i came in today amd got told itll be 50 dollers for swaping tires and now when i went to cash out its 100 dollars this place is a joke. No customer satisfaction at all i would of paied much cheaper at the warwick store and there is so many times that iv walkes out thia store u happy with the parts manager when i would stand at the counter for 30 minutes before they came out and one time when will opend the store on sunday when there suposed to be open at 12 they didnt open untill 1250 while i was waiting outside untill they showed up from getting food im honestly not comeing back here anymore

Never go there to have them work on your car. Waste of time. I needed a simple oil change. I even bought the oil, and oil filter too save time. Guy told me it can be anywhere from an hour to 3 hrs. Wtf. He tells me he has 4 jobs ahead of me and his tech guy hasnt even showed up yet. Wtf!!!!! Again. Its now 8:25 and you dont even have you mechanics there yet. Screw that. The only reason why i came in the first place is because i didnt want to do it myself and i figured if i brought the car there they can get it done faster. Nevermind on that. Looks like Im doing it myself and never going back to pepboys. Advance auto it is from here on out. You know it says it all in the name. Pep BOYS. THERE BOYS THAT CANT EVEN GET THERE BOYS IN ON TIME TO WORK.

Terrible, what horrible customer service! I went in to have an oil change and brakes done. Walked in at 4:40 to service department, only person available was on a call (sounded important) but didnt even acknowledge my presents. After standing there for forever, I found a very nice sales women whom didnt work that department, but searched the entire store only to discover "Mike" (guy on phone) is the only available person to help me. Even after that, "Mike couldnt even acknowledge I was there, or that help would eventually be on the way. I have managed retail before, this was a poor experience. Unfortunately I will not go back now, and I live within walking distance, so convenience was my driving force.

One star is being generous. The staff members are a bunch of clowns. The manager is a joke and extremely rude. I waited at the register when I walked in with a return for about 10 minutes while everyone behind the counter stared at me like I had 8 heads (I think Im a pretty normal looking guy). Poor service over all. Nobody is helpful. I would also like to say that as I am writing this review in the parking lot, I have witnessed how the service men drive the customers vehicles and its pretty astonishing. Looks like seekonk speedway. This place is a circus. As a business owner I can say I would be mortified if anyone knew I ran a place like this.

I agree with all the previous reviews , but this time I have to share my experience with them , after all there are two technicians who work there one and the most important one is the well experienced mechanic Eddie and the assistance manager Harry, they really deserve to have credit for there knowledge , and costumer service. if your car needs service ask for them to work with you and get the things done! I have my cars serviced from medium to high complex problems and always getting successful results. you will not regret some problems sometimes require a good mechanic and believe me Eddie is the one!

Took my truck for a wheel alignment was told i had to replace $2500 worth of stuff. After checking over the list they gave me, nearly half of it was just thrown to rob me. Brake lines and shocks said had to be replaced....They were all good, also this has nothing to do with an alignment....so it should have never been a reason not to perform one. After revising the list and buying parts online between tools and parts spent $700....These are the typical crooks that tell you your car is gonna blow up when you come in for a oil change....your so lucky to be alive, your car needs this and this! Terrible!

I had a similar experience with the store having "no record" of something. I booked a tire change online to receive the discount. Then, two days later, I received an e-mail saying I had cancelled my appointment when I had not. When I called them to explain that I did not cancel my appointment and I still wanted to keep it, they claimed there was "no record" of me making any appointment and that I needed to reschedule and "hopefully" my credit card would not be charged twice. I will never take my business here
