**Have NOT fix my exhaust problem, made it even WORSE** I went to Billerica Midas on 06/10/2013 to repair exhaust leakage. At first, the manger asked me that he needs to a smoke test to check where the exhaust leaks and the fee is $45. Of course, I let him to do the smoke test otherwise the leakage position cannot be detected easily. After smoke test, the manager said they found the leak and can change some parts and do some work to fix the leak. Well, I thought they could fix and then let them do it. The price they charge me at that time was $319.17. Then they spent a morning to wed and use some glue to patch the leakage. But, that was not the end. After they finished the first around, I asked if the leakage is fixed or not as the engine seems still very loud. The manager said it could be 50/50. Well, I how could I spend more than $300 but not to fix the problem? Then the manager said your muffler could also be leak as the smoke test cannot find it as it happens inside. And the manager said he can make a deal to also change the muffle with the price of $550 for the total. At this step, I had no choice as I want to make the leak fixed. So I let them do it and ask them to get $50 off. Then they cut my muffle off and weld a new one on it. The story does not end. After they finished and I paid $501.96, I went to the inspection station. The inspection guy said it still leak. Even worse, it is that exhaust gas together with strange smell leaks into interior of the car even if I fully open the window. They charged me $501.96, but not fixed the exhaust leakage but made it worse than repair it before. Now the leaked exhaust gas made me suffocate if I do not fully open the window. I am so frustrate about this service at Billerica Midas.

NEVER trust the MIDAS touch of Billerica MA, (Ladies BEWARE) There is something very wrong in trying to take advantage of people and its made much worst by those that try to take advantage of women. My wife took her car to get a simple oil change at MIDAS that is it. However, we end up with a car leaking oil all over the place. The car was brought into Midas for the oil change. a lovely inspection of the car is made and as indicated on their report there is no oil leak. Then the story comes that the drain plug for the oil pan is loose. Hummmm!!!!!! Yet no oil leak. They proceeded to tell my wife that it needs a new plug and maybe even a new oil pan. Okay new plug is in (which is bigger than is required) and all they can say is that it is a 50/50 chance it will work. Now we have a car leaking about 1 quart of oil a week all over my drive way. Thanks MIDAS. Here is the kicker, I went to get some information from them directly and as my question got straight to the point, the assistant manager gets defensive and blames everyone but themselves for the problem. Well done MIDAS, well done. I ask again MIDAS, If a car comes to your shop not leaking oil (with a supposed loosed drain plug), why will it leave your shop leaking 1 quart of oil a week after? Again MIDAS, WELL DONE!!!!!!. oh and excellent customer service too.

I bought a groupon for oil change in this place and I had a terrible experience with unprofessional service! Besides the oil change, I told them to check what is wrong with the oil indication. First they replaced the oil sensor which was working fine and charged me $200 for nothing. Then, oil indication was still on, so they checked the oil pressure. They found out it is lower than normal and recommended to perform a serious operation which would cost a lot. The next day I decided to proceed with that so I called to book appointment and they said they would call me back but I never heard back. They were probably avoiding since it would take long time to fix. Luckily, I went to Audi Natick to double check and they found out that oil pressure was perfect, and the problem was somewhere else... They also found out that the Midas service used an aftermarket oil filter which is smaller than the one Audi recommends and could affect oil filtration... Buyers, please stay away from this place. It might save you some money, but it will cause you serious problems later on. Oil change is important for your car, so dont risk it! I wish I could do something about it but Im sure it will go nowhere. The only thing I can do is leave a review and let others know about it.

Worst oil change experience ever. I got a coupon from them for a price that includes oil change and tire rotation. They charged me more than what the coupon stated because the SUV requires more oil than a sedan, which, of course, is written in the fine print. Thats fine. Ive seen this before. Not a big deal. But they wouldnt honor the tire rotation, which is clearly stated in the coupon to be included. The explanation is "Midas decided not to honor the tire change any more". Unacceptable. If you change your policy, at least honor the coupon you already gave out. OK, the worst came: Every time they did an oil change, they make my car a mess with black oils, my seat, door, steering wheel are all covered with black greasy oil. Gross! At first I thought it was a careless technician that made a mistake. I gave them a second chance the next time I needed an oil change since they are the closest to my home. However, they screwed it up again! Again! All covered with black greasy oil!!! Totally unacceptable! Never ever going there again. Please stay away. Or try it once. Believe me you will stay away from it after you gave it a try. Greasy interior guaranteed!

Purchased a Groupon for oil change, tire rotation, and brake check because it seemed like a good deal. Scheduled an appoint online and they gave me a two hour time frame 3:30-5:30 and was sent an email confirming this time slot. Drove an hour from my home to location and when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment and was told they were all booked up. I was told i could come back tomorrow or wait two hours and possibly have my car taken. Considering it took me an hour travel time i told them i could not come back the next day and could not wait around for 2 hours in an area that i was not acquainted with. Horrible customer service i would definitely not return and I am currently trying to find out how to refund the Groupon . DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!

Worst car service experience ever. DO NOT bring your car any where near this place. I took my Maxima for brake service. Had to take my car there multiple time to fix the mistakes they made. was not satisfied with the brake job. Now after 2 yrs the brakes went really bad and had to replace the whole brake system. waste of $$$$ and time. I guess they use very cheap parts and labor but charge you for the premium. Another time before this they broke my glove compartment door mechanics when they replaced the cabin filter. I wonder why theses guys are even allowed to do car service business here.
