This is a bizarre one. I have an old BMW that I am restoring and I was extremely excited to find this place. Went in to have an oil change and thought the place was great. Had a good conversation with a couple of the guys, got to see some nice old German cars, was then presented with my bill along with some work recommendations. I reviewed the work recommendations with them and they then agreed to get a quote together for me to let me know what the cost would be. Mind you- this car is a toy for me and is being restored, so Im prepared to spend money on it. That was a couple of months ago. That was the last I heard from this place. For the life of me, I cannot get them to return a call or an email. So far, Ive sent several emails to two different addresses associated with this shop and havent received a response. Ive called the shop and asked to speak to Ed (who originally helped me) and have been told hed call me back. He didnt. Ive left two messages with them via Facebook, neither have been responded to. I have no idea why this shop refuses to communicate with a customer who is trying to spend money with them, but Ill take my business elsewhere.

A true gem. After years of bad dealer experiences and poor service from my friends recommended mechanics, I found these folks at European Auto Solutions and finally peace of mind. They treat you with respect and truly care about your car. I have never had them be dishonest with me. All the guys in the shop are friendly and welcoming. They always look into problems and try to give you options for more expensive repairs. Overall excellent service every time I have been there. The only "problem" with them is they specialize in Mercedes, so when the family needs a new car, knowing that we have trusted mechanics here, weighs heavily on our choices. For example, we recently expanded our family and needed a 3 row SUV. We looked at numerous options but knowing that the EAS guys would be there in case of problems tipped the scales in favor of an R350 Bluetec.

Stopped by Eds shop with my cousins 65 300 SE convertible. My cousin wanted to restore the car because its beautiful car/ perfect for to take the family around in. Ed took his time to evaluate the car other members of shop also helped. One of them being his father. Ed came reported everything that was up with the car. Told us his honest opinion to let the car instead opening up a can of worms. I truly appreciate his honesty. As he was viewing the car I realized Ed was under the weather but he kept his appointment for us. What a stand up guy. He told us it was important for him to view to the car and help is out. Eds passion for automobiles goes behind his shop. Its a lifestyle for him. He always sets up the best events in Boston for car shows. He has taken over Boston Common, City Hall Plaza, whats next who knows but Ed will be the 1st one there.

I found European Auto Solutions through the MBCA about a year ago and they have done some fantastic work on my Mercedes E500. The great things about EAS are: - Honest & trustworthy - Knowledgeable - People who get the job done - Have a great facility including a waiting room with WiFi, flat screen television, magazines and coffee - Often have a loaner car - Involved and endorsed by the MBCA Minuteman Section If you ever need or want to get work done on your Mercedes, these guys are where you need to take your car. I also have an independent extended warranty and the guys at EAS always seem to go the extra mile to make sure the warranty covers the needed repairs. Thanks guys for all the great work you do!

European Auto Solutions is reason enough to buy a used Mercedes if you live anywhere near Boston. I bought a 1977 6.9 two years ago, had a real hard time finding anyone who could fix it - then found EAS, who not only knew how to fix it but were enthusiastic about the car. Now I am back in Boston for a year, bought myself an 2002 E320 station wagon with AWD, and let Ed and the boys take care of it. Reasonable prices, extremely knowledgeable (much better than the regular Mercedes dealers, who lose interest in a car after about 7 years), friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

I trust EAS to take care of my late fathers S Class and my E Class. These guys arent just top notch mechanics theyre Mercedes connoisseurs too. They love and appreciate the brand as much if not more than their customers. The experience is everything youd expect just without the crazy dealer prices. Ed always tells it as it is and just makes sure everything goes smoothly!

john and adele are horrible people, they purchased pens from the handicapped and disabled veterans and wanted to return them. we offered to take them back and give a full refund instead they kept the pens and entered a dispute with the credit card company!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!! ALL FOR LESS THAN $100 THEY STOLE FROM THE DISABLED!!!! SHAME ON YOU BOTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

European auto solutions is the most honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable repair shop for Mercedes-Benz I have ever dealt with! Ed and the other staff have been dealing with Mercedes vehicles for more years than I can count and know these cars inside and out! I highly recommend European auto solutions over anyone in the area, including the dealers!
