Ive been bringing my car to this place for years but this is the last time because this guy "josh" lied to my face and stood by his lie and refused to correct his lie!. It started when he asked if I would pay extra 10$ to check my fluids and tire pressure, I agreed knowing that my tires were low and I was lazy to do it myself. I knew exactly what my pressures were and my left rear tire was at 23 almost flat. He returned my car and I immediately looked at the left tire.. still low.. no change. I turned on my car and looked at the inside measurements.. 29, 30, 32 and 35. I need 37-40 since its a big truck ..I went right back in and said to josh, when you check my tires do you fill them up.. he said immediately "yes, I did it my self" I said theres no air. You can see it by looking at the tires , he insisted "I filled them up to 40". I tried to tell him what the gauge said .. he persisted.. I did it .. go drive 5-10 minutes and the gauge will Change. I said it wont.. I know my car.. it shows right away. He said "well I filled it.." there was no offer to check my tires or confirm my complaint or refill the tires.. it was more like " go drive 5-10 minutes and the gauge will change"...left with no option here, I drove 10 minutes to the next garage.. they checked my tires and sure enough.. there was no air.. They filled my tires up and the gauges changed right away. I called Josh.. I told him the pressure had not changed when I drove away and he replied.. "maybe your tires are damaged" ..wow.. I told him they had just been filled by another garage .. he didnt care he just maintained " I filled them " i filled them"".. nothing like.. can I check them? Can I fix them? It was more like he got my 10$ and didnt care to provide the service that I had paid for...after this incident, I dont trust what this place is doing with my oil changes and for that reason Im never going back to Midas again!

I have two ruptured tyres and had to drive to the nearest auto servicing place which turn out to be Midas at about 4.50pm. Was told next morning that their house brand cost about 900 for 4 tyres with labour, and the next one up cost 1300 for 4x Goodyear Eagle AS. I was given a choice of course, and I took it even though it was $350 more than the price quoted on the internet (tyres+install+tax). I wanted my car quick, and it would cost me more time and hassle if I had it towed somewhere else, and I had to factor in addition cost of the tow. The manager even suggested that he wants to check the rim and the sensors etc otherwise it would be against the law. Naturally I was not impressed. My problem is this: Midas had not inflated the tyres properly after installing them. After collecting my car and driving for a mile on the way home, the error signal came on. I had to drive to another garage nearby to have the tyres inflated to the right pressure and then had to reset the sensors. There was nothing wrong with the sensors. Considering the amount they charged for installation - this is unbelievable. Whilst the staff are courteous, I do not believe they are competitive enough - both in terms of pricing and service. Will not recommend if you have a choice.

About two months ago, my husband brought my car in to get checked out because it was making a strange noise. I dont think the mechanics there even looked into the real problem and just replaced the wheel bearings, which the Honda dealer later told us didnt even need to be replaced. (I think I should mention he stopped by this shop because he was working in the area for a brief time). When all was said and done, the mechanics came out and told my husband that something had broken during the wheel bearing replacement and that we needed to pay an additional $500 to fix this because its a typical problem caused by replacing the bearings (which is a complete lie as verified by Honda). My husband said no thank you. He just wanted to leave as he realized the shop was obviously corrupt by this time. Well, now we are trying to repair that damage caused by your shop and a family friend mechanic who is looking at it now said that its a mess where these bearings had been replaced and there are lines cut and sensors missing everywhere.

I went in for noise coming from the front end of my car. They told me I needed both front bearings. The price was high, but I was in a hurry. Later when the wheel was already dismantles they told be that it would be $500 more for sensors that "break 50% of the time during bearing replacement". This put me way over my budget. I would not have made the repair then of that would have been disclosed to me. I made calls and learned that the Honda dealer and other mechanics would have charged me significantly less for the bearings. When I drove away, the sound was not changed at all. Turns out it was the tires. The next mechanic told me that bearings rarely go bad in pairs. They did not address the problem I asked them to address, they grossly overcharged me to repair something I now doubt was even wrong, and I now have to pay to fix sensors they broke. They were difficult to talk to. Do not go here.

The most expensive oil change I have ever payed for was at Midas of Burlington MA. To change the oil on my BMW 3 series. It cost 160.00 dollars for 7qt full synthetic + filter + the cost of balancing a tire. Theyll try to up sell you as well. For example theyll charge 10 extra dollars to top off your fluids. Whereas other places I have been there are some perks to getting your oil changed with them. Like a quick wash and vaccum at the Dealer or even at AutoBahn USA theyll do the same and charge less. Both Valvoline and Jiffy Lube offer free top off while you get your oil change and can go back to top off, free of charge. Youll pay threw the nose at Midas of Burlington which leaves you a bit sick to your stomach. It seems however theyd rather turn customers away than stay competitive. On the plus side they were friendly polite and courteous.

This is the worst place to bring your vechicle I dropped of my van with knowing whats wrong with it to get a estimate for repair on brakes and rotors they called me back saying the repair is over $3100 and I said thats outrageous. I said I would return to get my van and go elsewhere then they said its gonna be $150 for a brake inspection. I told the general manager "Joshua Brainerd" thats crazy I didnt need an inspection if already knew whats was wrong with the car. He in returned said it would also have to be paid in cash for us to release the vehicle. Thats when I knew something was a scam. Im contacting the better business bureau, consumer affairs and the authorities to inform them of this encounter and making an incident report so auto mechanics cant continue to do this to people.
