Juan the owner took my truck on sept. 2016. He said my lifters needed to be replaced. After two months he tells me I need a timing chain kit. He had my grey f150 in his lot until February 2017. He could not fix the problem and kept coming up with excuses as to why. He changed my coil packs which were recently replaced and some other parts that had nothing to do with the problem. When I asked for my money back after 5 months he got pissed off and gave me 500 out of the 1100 that was spent at his shop. He also stated that its his shop and he can do what ever he wants,, the look on his face when I told him he was being recorded smh. My truck has been parked ever since he layed his hands on it. To the ppl of this beautiful country,, its places like this that do not deserve to be in business at all. I tried calling the police they said its civil. Im screwed now because I am out of a job and out of money. He has random ppl working on the vehicles so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I hope and pray he doesnt ruin the life of another person. At this point I wouldnt even let him change my oil. FYI my obd scanner also went missing from my truck. All I can do at this point is inform you on my experience with this shop. May the Lord be with anyone that leaves there vehicle at this shop. GOD BLESS!

Horrible mechanics this shop should be closed down. The owner has random guys working on vehicles and after replacing one part, they then tell you another part is needed. I will never go here again for service.!!!

Juan the owner is amazing .. very patient him and his staff they dont over charge good people I use los Rosario all the time and recommend them to friends and family.
