I would have rated George a five prior to him entering the used car business, now he is the stereotypical sleazy used car joint. I purchased a suv for 5000 dollars from George, I paid sticker because George informed me that he replaced all the ball joints. I have had this vehicle since August. Approx a month ago, I had a problem with the front end. I drop it off with George for him to diagnose the problem. The vehicle was at the shop for 5 hours until I called and //George states what is wrong with the vehicle- strike one. He called at 5 the same day saying he needs more time to diagnose. The next day, he calls and states the front differential is fried and he will have to do some homework to find the best financial solution. A week goes by, my wife contacts him on what is going on. He tells my wife to have your husband to come by so we can take some numbers off the vehicle due to there being multiple differentials. IT TOOK YOU A WEEK TO FIGURE THIS OUT-strike two. They get back to me and its going to cost $800-$1000 to replace. Ive only had the vehicle 6 months- I know you cannot predict when something is going to break on a used vehicle, but that is crazy. My wife informs him that I really dont like the vehicle and could he possibly get me into a truck. George tells my wife that I will be better off selling it on Craigslist because I will not give him much for it. My wife asks him how much, George replied $2000. I bought it 6 months ago for $5000, it went down $3000 in 6 months. Strike 3, 4, &5. I did not do anything because it is still drivable in 2wd with an annoying noise. Last week, my wife receives an email from George that he still looking into the differential. My wife mentions that the muffler fell off on the vehicle at the end of the driveway. George informed my wife to bring it by and we will weld it back. I dropped the vehicle off this morning at 7:30am. Approx. 5 hours go by, Im thinking how long does it take to weld a muffler back on. My wife contacts George( Dennis, yes my wife does a lot during the day for me because I work nights and sleep during the day), he states there is no tail pipe. I called, George went home for the day so I spoke with Dennis. Dennis informs me that there is not tailpipe but we did replace your left balljoint and you can pick up the vehicle. Im thinking I must be missing something. I go to pick up the vehicle and ask Dennis to show me what I am missing. I pulled the part from the back of the vehicle, "oh, oh, oh, your wife told us there was nothing in the vehicle"......WHY WOULDNT YOU LOOK, I told the shop guy in the morning it was there. Dennis, stated he couldnt weld it, why, I dont know, was so pissed. HERES THE KICKER, they replaced the left ball joint which was replaced when I purchased the vehicle six months ago. WHAT CRAPPY PARTS are you putting back into your vehicles. Strike 6, 7, & 8 your out!!!!!!!

8/24/2017 In response to Roger. This business will neither do the job right and cant. they are nothing but liars and thieves working here. All they is take peoples hard earned money. They sell unsafe vehicles, and put on the sticker but when you try to get a new sticker the vehicle will not pass. talk about being dishonest. 8/22/2017 DO not purchase a vehicle from this place they are not safe.I know because I have one. They lied to me. Now I have a truck that I am stuck with, which is unsafe. And Showcase put an inspection sticker on it just to pass it. but would not pass at my own mechanics shop. That is not saying much for this dealership. I unfortunaly bought one of those unsafe vehicles. I have only had the chevy colorado a year and it is not worth fixing. Buyer beware of this place they are crooks. I went back to see what they would do for me after telling the owner it cost $1500.00 to fix the truck. It just seemed funny that the owner could not remember me. Stay away from here 7-25-17 The owner replied to me, first of all it was not 14 months ago is was just about a year ago, my sticker is 7, there are only 12 months in a year not 14. And in no way shape or form did that conversation happen. They owner NEVER said they would fix my truck at a discounted price and never said anything about the axel seals leaking is normal ware and tear. LIARS The only education I received was the fact that this business are nothing but liars and thieves. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.. and yes the truck is unsafe to drive my frame is rotting just like the Toyota.

I seriously cannot say enough about Showcase. I was leaving to go on vacation and dropped my jeep off to have the transmission rebuilt and a few other things checked the day I left. Having never been here before I was a little nervous because I wasnt going to be around should any problems arise and it was a big job. Dealing with Freddy, George, and Dennis has completely taken the stress out of this entire experience. I feel my jeep is in the best hands and the price was on point. They even pointed out a radiator leak I had, purchased a new one (obviously consulted with me before putting it in) but had it on hand so it was ready for when I gave the ok. After driving for a few days I had a few questions that they were more than happy to answer and checked a few things to make sure everything was running the way it should. I couldnt be more relieved to have found a good and honest mechanic for my vehicle, this will be my go to place from now on! Thanks guys I truly appreciate it!

Horrible experience, and service!! I am the most patient person, but lost my patience dealing with this shady business, and even left offended. I made a very fair offer on a car that was already overpriced, and they would not even reduce the price a measly $200 claiming they had "too much money in the car." After finally settling on a price with the promise to fix the issues I came across, we arranged to have my mechanic look at the vehicle. My mechanic found significant rust/rot on the oil pan and exhaust, which needed to be fixed as any good car business would do. They not only tried to minimize the actual damage, but even wanted me to pay more money on top of what we already settled on for a price to have it fixed as if I already owned the car, and just needed repairs. The owner was rude, and condescending, and I have never been so offended making a purchase in my entire life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I came to Showcase through the recommendation of a trusted friend. I wasnt disappointed at all! I purchased an amazing car for an even more amazing price. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership- George, Dennis, Andrew- they all treated me very kindly and were incredibly patient and flexible. I ultimately ended up buying my car from Showcase and not from somewhere else because of that and also because I knew that I could rest assured that the car I was buying was in good shape and sure to last me for a long time with only normal maintenance problems- which they would certainly help me out with when they came up. Something thats hard to come by when youre buying a used car! I would absolutely recommend Showcase to anyone else and Ill be going back there for a long time.
