I came into Great Clips and I was astonished at how the stylists were treated and how I was treated. An obese black lady was making fun of a girl with glasses when I walked in. The girl honestly looked like she was miserable and was about to cry. The other stylists honestly didnt look like they were happy working under her. It seemed to me she was bullying each and every one of them. When I sat in her chair she seemed to not really listen to what I was saying and that she was more concentrated on the other stylists saying Welcome to Great Clips. I mean me as a customer loves to be greeted but at the same time I also like for the stylist to pay attention to me and my needs. She of coarse ruined my hair and was very rude when I told her I wasnt happy with it. I will never go back there not only because my hair got ruined but also because no one in there seemed happy working there. I guess I would prefer an upbeat stylist who is knowledgeable in what they are doing versus someone who is worried about what everyone else is doing instead of herself.

Well, i went to have my hair cut and layerd. It had been years since i had my hair cut at all and i was very nervous about it. I went to the Westside Plaza Shopping Center and there was a girl named Ashley who was at that store temporarily. She originally works at the one at Rosewood. Im so grateful she was there and was the one who cut my hair that evening. She was very friendly, gentle, considerate, and kind to me and made me feel at ease and i appreciated that so much. The other stylists were very kind and helpful as well. I loved the cut she gave me and i would recommend Ashley to any other female bc shes great. Shes at Rosewood. Im definitely going to keep her as my stylist from now on. Everybody loved my haircut as much as i did and said she really did a wonderful job. I just wanna let people know about this girl. Shes sweet and shes a heckuva stylist!!! Ladies go see her next time you need a cut... I think u will be very pleased. ☺

Horrible service. I did the online check in, only to have a customer who walked in just seconds before me given the chair. When I protested, the stylist said it was first come, first serve, but couldnt explain the point of the check in. The manager just mumbled under his breath while I asked what was the purpose of the online check in. Customer service is non-existent, management is clueless, and the hair cuts are fast and cheap. I would consider Great Clips to be the fast-food equivalent of hair care, cheap, fast, but you get what you pay for....and your customer service is the same. Save your time, spend a few extra bucks and get a professional cut within a professional environment. I will not ever go back to Great Clips...I only went today because I was in a rush, hence the online check in. Worst experience Ive ever had at a hair stylist.

Got there early. Only one operator who was busy with one person ahead of me. She checked us both in and another operator arrived and called the lady back that was ahead of me. Another customer came in 20 minutes after me and was checked in. Third operator came in "late" according to her. She took her time preping for work and called the person back ahead of me that arrived 20 minuest after me. All three operators were very cavalier carring on small talk among themselves while I continued to waid. I god frustrated afer over 30 minute wait and left. Very poor management or total absence thereof.

Last Tuesday, I went to great clips and got the worst hair cut in my life. The stations were inexcusably dirty. Other peoples hair from the previous clients were still on the sheers, comb, and their work station. I wished I had walked out! The lady tried to convince me that I had to wash my hair after thinning it for the rest to fall out. Im not an idiot, and I have gotten my hair thinned at other Great Clips and this stylist needs some education. I had to get my hair fixed because the cut was uneven. This is the worst experience I have had ever!

The most recent hair cut I got there was decent and an okay experience, but the other times, I was not so lucky. They dont understand what "keep the length" means. Comparable to a haircut from Edward Scissorhands, meaning they do whatever they want to your hair. I left the place feeling not only dissatisfied with my haircut, but with even less confidence I had before my visit.

This Great Clips reminds me of that bad girlfriend that I just cant quit. Every time I show up and am disappointed in my cut, but then, over time, I forgive them. I think, "oh they must have gotten better at giving buzz cuts!" I come back to them. And they do it again. Its a terrible cycle of hope, disappointment, and despair. Why do I keep coming back?

This place is pretty much terrible. Ive gone here for about 6 haircuts and every time I do, I tell myself Im never going back. Of the six times, there was only once where I left feeling satisfied. Ive received the worst haircuts of my life from here from multiple "stylists." You should really try to find a different place. This time was the last straw for me.

All I asked for was a 1 shaved all around. A simple buzz cut that they messed up two times in a row. I have them a second chance because they are close by and cheaper but thats embarrassing. Ill drive and go to kings row and see my favorite person who could cut my hair 100x better. Messed up my hairline and left parts unshaven

My regular barber was closed on Good Friday and I was looking kind of shaggy so, against my better judgment, I decided to go to Great Clips in the Rosewood Shopping Center. How hard can it be to cut a classic fade? It has to be THE most requested mens hair style yet somehow they manage to screw it up every time.

I used to go here to save overall and tip more! Until today the absolute worst show of customer service ever. I was called pizza was delivered and I was left sitting wondering if anyone was coming back. At least until after a few minutes I decided to walk out.

I guess it is hit or miss. I have gotten 2 rather good cuts here, and today a horrible one, prompting me to add this review. I guess if you get a good one, just keep using the same stylist!

Ive been here 2 times. Never again. Both times were awful haircuts and stylists are just working for money. This place is garbage and Im kicking myself for going a second time.

I love this location. I have had only one bad experience here but the haircutter was fired. Other than that I absolutely love the people here! They are really great!!!

Was skeptical of getting a trim here but they did a good job without cutting too much off. Dont expect anything glamorous or fancy. Good place for a cheap haircut.
