Ive been going to this location for about 10 years now. Ive always been happy with my hair. My hair is always done by John he is amazing. Although many of these comments say the blonde lady is rude I have had her do my hair about 6 times and every time she is very kind she always blow dries my hair. Even goes the extra mile and offers to curl or straighten it. She does ask questions and talk about herself, but I dont think thats unprofessional thats one of the best parts about getting a hair cut. Id rather them talk to me than sit there and be silent.

I brought my step-daughter there for color correction. She got BRIGHT PURPLE hair the week before. Needless to say, it needed correction STAT! Nicole took the color to a warm dark brown, with reddish gold undertones. It was beautiful!! The rest of the staff was professional and kind to everyone who came in. I also noticed that this shop has a LOT of regulars... which tells me that they have gotten good results there before. I went back for color & a cut, and brought my 5 year old for a trim. Never disappointed!

I went in for a regular shampoo and trim just to keep up with my ends. The hairdresser did not engage in conversation and was rushing through my appointment. An hour later when my hair dried, I noticed that one side of my hair was much shorter than the other side (I part my hair in the middle), so I went back to the salon and asked them to fix it. I was not offered any kind of coupon, promotion, or voucher, and there was no apology given. I am definitely not returning to this salon, and I would not recommend it.

After several years of getting my regular hair cuts at this location, I decided to call ahead to make an appointment rather than waiting. I identified myself and asked if they had anything available that day. She said that if I came in now that I could get it done. Told her I would be there in less than 15 minutes, and arrived in 10 minutes. Another gentlemen, a walk-in, walked in seconds before I did and she took him back as Im walking across the parking lot. I wont go back to this location EVER!!!

Blonde lady is very rude. Left with wet hair. Didnt even ask if I wanted it dried. Only to come home and find a section of hair a little more than an inch longer on the right side then everywhere else. She seemed rude to coworkers and rude when asked about product. Wont go back ever.
