Dont let a young man named Derek (I think was his name, something that starts with a D) touch ur hair. Ive gone to this place for years & always had great haircuts, highlights, etc no problems. My hair is so messed up it will take 3 more cuts (about 6 weeks apart) to fix it. I cant believe the manager that came over to help him (after he struggled like hed never cut hair before) after an hour & a half of snipping a hair here, a hair there-didnt just take over and fix it. My patience had worn out and i left after he thought he was finally done. There was NO SMILE in that mirror. Ive gone somewhere else to get it fixed and the stylist of 20 yrs said shed never seen anything like this and said Hair Cuttery is usually good. I agree, never had issues like this before that guy did my hair. I wont return there until he stops working there (they have quick turnover so probably wont take long). I like a stylist there named Val who always does great job.

We brought our son in for his very first haircut for his 1st birthday coming up in 2 weeks. He was moving around a little bit but Jestine was amazing! She kept it very professional and talked with our son like he was her own and even gave him her bracelet to help keep him calm. The haircut came out exactly how I imagined it and I couldnt be happier. I would recommend Jestine to anyone. Thank you.

This place is the epitome of "fast food" haircuts and services. They hire mainly young and ill trained people and the turnover of personnel is unbelievable. I did switch to the Hair Cuttery on Clyde Morris Blvd and they seem much more stable than this Taylor Road location. I would avoid Taylor Road at all costs.

Had my hair done at this shop recently and what an AMAZING experience!!! Very friendly and welcoming staff, reasonable pricing, and very clean. My stylist was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and acheived the exact look I was going for. Would definitely recommend to all! I will be back for sure....

I used to live in Los Angeles and i was nervous about finding someone who could do great hair. I get my hair foil colored. Not only is she she better than anyone who has ever done my hair, its less expensive too. They are very sweet, the place is clean... I highly recommend them.

Use to be good. I sat 1/2 hr waiting and they just took two ppl after me like I wasnt there tonite. Never going to this one again. I thought they have good service but when there regular comes. They takes them first

Somewhat regular customer until a girl started sweeping the floor while people were inside. Worst thing is that she was aware of it and did not give a damn. Not coming here again.
