I have always enjoyed my experiences at Pynk. I love my Pynk ladies and their warm, caring spirits. They have always enhanced my natural beauty whether I rock a lace front, relaxed hair, colored hair, a sew in and now my natural twisted coil Mohawk. I left Pynk once because I was offered a discount at another salon. That experience made me realize that valuing what I wanted as the customer and my time was greater then saving a few dollars. At Pynk, they are very professional, efficient, and give you a quality service each time. They service all nationalities and their spa services are great. I have sensitive skin and have had terrible experiences at other places when it comes to waxing my eyebrows. Laura is the only person in the world that I allow to wax my brows and I dont look like a butchered mess the next day. Pynk expands beyond the salon and spa into fashion shows, hair shows , and giving back to the community. I love my Pynk life!!!!

Went there because I saw a friends hair that looked natural (was a weave) and it was one of the worst mistakes of my life. The young woman that did my hair was unprofessional and talked and laughed the whole time with other workers. I decided to do a big chop and grow my hair out natuaral and she totally messed up my hair. Did not clip it even and the weave looked like a cheap mop. Long story short, I expressed my concerns and she got upset and started crying and yelling. I came back to get that mess taken out and get a more natural weave which took all day and they tried to blame me for the confusion the following day. Will not recommend this salon to anyone!

Worst facial ever. Dirty establishment. Would not reccomend. Nothing relaxing or refreshing about it. At least half of the designated time is spent waiting in the room by yourself while your mask dries. No music, no reading material, no massage, no personalized treatment, just waiting, staring at the water stain on the wall. If you can wash your own face, exfoliate, apply a mask, take it off (that is, all of it), and apply toner, stay at home and save your money.

I went to get a big chop! I never cut my hair short! I was worried and nervous. I went with a friend to the salon. Jessica cut/styled my hair. I loved it!!! A previous hair dresser told me I could never pull off a haircut above my neck, but Jessica proved me wrong. She gave me an A M A Z I N G cut! I will totally go there again!! :)

Went in for a blowout and trim. Got a chair without an appointment and was very impressed with the results. My hairstylist offered useful advice especially pertaining to maintaining my hairstyle and I loved the steam treatment and massage for my scalp. Very nice salon with a warm, friendly and professional staff.

I absolutely love Pynk and Jessica! They are so professional and respectful of their clients time. Jessica works around your need and wants. If she ever denies a style, its for a darn good reason. She does a great job explaining how to maintain hair. Very experienced, comfy, and professional environment.
