I never have a good experience here. The college students that work there are nice and helpful but the other employees are extremely rude. One through my credit card at me because she thought I messed up since I had two packages and only paid for one (the other one was already paid for) once I explained it she didnt say anything. They act like they are too good for their job and that they are doing you a favor when they mail your items. Giving them a star is still too many stars for this post office.

Took almost 2 weeks to recieve a package. Was supposed to be fedex bringing it. Somehow it ended up being delivered bye post office. They suck. Delivery date was changed 3 times. And today is sunday so why did they mail truck just pull up and unload a bunch of mail in the mailboxes. Seems like someones making deliverues on sunday because they keep screwing up. Just finally recieved my electric bill when everyone else got theres monday. Now i have 4 days to pay it. Thanks alot us postal service.

Very rude employees. If Helena or another older blonde employee is there, dont give them the time of day. They both will degrade you, and talk crap as soon as you walk away. How do I know? I walked far enough away to where I was no longer visible. This "older blonde" literally calls me out of character, and labeled me as dumb. Called the director and she was professionally worded. Do I think she will make an impact on this issue? Not one bit.

Not an actual post office despite the signage and the information online. They only serve students of Coastal Carolina University. The lady said she knew it was a problem. Nice to see she or anyone else there has done something about it.

I go 20 minutes out of the way to go to another post office just because the employees are the worst u would think somthing would be done about it but apparently nobody cares
