Bad customer service. Ive been waiting on a mailbox to be installed and had my mail on hold which is SUPPOSED to be held at the post office so I can pick up. No. My carrier is carrying around and management finally got her to come see me and I asked to hold it at office. After 2 weeks I needed to put mail on hold again and have been waiting on a VERY important letter from IRS and guess what there is no hold tag in the back after I filled another one out. After calling all day I still get no where trying to find my mail and had to put ANOTHER hold slip at the post office and asked to speak to a supervisor to reach out to my carrier and Im told there are no supervisors here They stepped out. WTF is all I can think. Left message to call me which I doubt will happen.

Our mail is constantly being delivered to various neighbors, if it gets delivered at all. I just picked up more mail from a neighbor today and he said he complained to the mail person about getting my mail all the time. The mail persons excuse was that she didnt know where our mailbox was... The mailbox on the wall in the front of our building....like most of the mailboxes in the downtown area. We also have a lot of mail that is just sent back. I get calls about mail being sent back to the sender as undeliverable even though it is addressed correctly. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had so much trouble with the mail service until we moved to the downtown area.

my mail is not getting to me in my box ..family member maile me a letter with emerg funds, Feb 2,,2016 and has not gotten to me yet!,here it is the 17th of feb still no letter,she confrimed mailing address,now she is sending another check,where is my mail,also where is my electreic bill ? that is why i do online bill pay! you are not reliable....and why do we not have a reg mail man??i hate to do pull the race card but that is whaT IT SEEM TO BE FOR THIS AREA! futrell,dunbar washington area. I get junk mail most every day,but lately i have empty box!!!!!! get us a reg mail router ,You had a good reliable "black lady" where is she ?????

Called in 4 times to try to schedule an appointment for a passport. Phone was never answered, so I showed up in person and was almost pushed away because I didnt have an appointment. Gave an extra star because one of the workers worked me in. Got into the passport office and the lady complained about the phone ringing and I helped her unplug it. A process that seems so simplistic is made abysmally slow due to the disorganization and understaffing of the place. All the employees look stressed and overworked. They saved this place from getting 1 star. Dont bother trying to call into this place, they dont answer the phone.

Terrible customer service! Sal was terrible today! I was in his line being serviced and because I needed to sign off on a document and hand it to him he was ready to be off so he rudely states at 4:30pm as if he wasnt just helping me at 4:29 "we are closed could you leave and put it in the bin outside." Is that anyway to speak to a customer who gives you a place to work. I leave out and at 4:34pm someone unlocks a locked door to let a customer enter right in front of me and lets a gentlemen walk in and guess who accepts his letter oh SAL. I hope this falls into the right hands!

Learn to answer your phones if youre not going to actually deliver the package, and fail to leave a notice EDIT: didnt leave a notice but said he left a notice because he forgot it in the truck and now is trying to redeliver it a day after I was already supposed to be delivered, and is saying hell just leave it in the box or at the door but couldnt do that yesterday. The staff is incompetent and a waste of time, save the trouble and call USPS direct number and talk to them rather than these incompetent people.

Our stop on a mail route is a business, and our mail person picks and chooses when she comes in to deliver OUR mail. Weve had mail ready to go out only to sit for days on end because we rarely see her! When we does decide to come in shes on her cell phone!! Unacceptable. Because of her laziness on doing her job we had bills give us late fees because she doesnt come around. Even if there is no mail for a company we may have mail going out, check your route!

1st they said, Postal Carrier decided on there own that a local Campground would not take a package. So they returned it to the Post Office and lost it. They found it days later. I picked it up at the post office and it was broken avocado oil, leaking all over the place. They did put it in a plastic bag that still leaked all over the place. The guy I talked to said, that the package was broken thats why they didnt deliver it. Cant get a story straight.

I wanted to compliment all of the clerks here, and the supervisor on duty. I came in after 4 pm because I had received a package that was damaged by a mail carrier. All of the staff were so polite and helpful, it was a very positive experience! They all sympathized with me and made the situation right. Ive never had a better experience at a post office, and everyone there just made my experience so pleasant. Thank you all, it is much appreciated!

Yesterday I met one if the nicest and most helpful folks in a long time... He was a supervisor named Hector... I had an issue with a delivery that was no fault of their Carrier or anyone else, but Hector quickly resolved my troubles for me... At a time and in a place where so many complain about the bad things... I would just like Hector and his coworkers to know that they are also appreciated for their kindness and efforts...

Friendly clerks, usually not a long wait when I go but when it is it doesnt bother me because I make sure I have more than enough time to do what I need to do. Patience is a virtue! Would give a 5 but I have had an issue with my mail being "lost" or "delivered" but I never received it. It was eventually rectified because the person sent my order out for the 3rd time. SMH

They Constantly Mark Packages Delivered or Out for Delivery and They arent there or they come next day they have delivered our mail 2-3x to neighbors house! Ive turned back around to get package 3-4x supposedly Delivered to go home and Find Nothing... Its Ridiculous and Unprofessional and so Aggravating!!

Our mail carrier is AWFUL!!! He never even attempts to see if we are home to leave our larger packages!!! (Which someone is always home all day 3 days a week)!!! This is putting our business in jeopardy of bad ratings!!! He just put those slips in the mailbox!!! This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY LAZY!!!

The postal service is useless they show a package delivered on 12/30/15 at 2:17PM BUT NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. This is twice this has happened in a month. The postman is doing something other than the delivery job.
