I was so disappointed I was hoping to add this place to my list of places to visit when I come to SC. Needless to say I will not be returning. The scones were good! The service was horrible! Under staffed and long wait time for the Victorian Tea and scones. Waitress gave me the bill before the rest of my food came and expected payment. Customer started helping staff because they were so backed up.

Top hat teas is so amazing and their food is incredible. The service is very nice and I love the atmosphere. Their Raspberry Cream Cheese and Turkey sandwich is their best, and also try their scones!

I absolutely love coming to the Top Hat! Everytime we come home to visit my mother in Florence, I have to go have the Welsh rarebit, pasta salad, fresh hot scones and strawberry iced tea!!!

Its always a pleasure going to Top Hat. The women are sweet and the food is great. The chicken salad is the best. Bring back the Roadkill tea, please! :)
