TERRIBLE SERVICE AND HEALTH STANDARDS!----- While I normally consider modern day standards for customer service from waiters and waitresses to be asking too much, this place has truly tarnished their name in my eyes. The servers are intentionally rude and generally unaware. My wife went into this establishment and ordered chicken fingers. They were raw in the middle, completely raw. She spit out a piece and informed the waitress, who proceeded to act as though this was a huge inconvenience for her. Not only was she rude and did not once apologize, she took the chicken to the back and brought it back, cooked further, including the piece that had been spit up. This is the epitome of terrible customer service and terrible health standards and this establishment should be completely ashamed of themselves and their INCREASINGLY worse reputation. I encourage anyone with similar experiences to post.

I have visited this restaurant 3 times in the past 6 years and each time I have had horrible service. Yesterday my family and I sat for what seemed like forever before we were served. It wasnt until we noticed couples that came in after us had there food and we were still waiting to order. The food looked great but the service was not at the same level. The sad thing is that my 3 and 6 year old was so excited to eat at what the called "The cool restaurant." Very disappointed.

Will NEVER eat there OR use their catering service again after the way I was treated today-put incorrect food on my order- admitted their mistake - wouldnt issue me a refund -insisted I drive back 5 miles so they could replace wrong with right food- bad way to do business

They catered to our church this past Christmas. They started serving one hour and ten minutes late. Food was ok. Not enough food for $25.00 per person. Never again.

Unreliable hours. I have eaten here for 20 years. The sign on door says 10 pm. I get there at 9 pm and asked to leave. I will not return.
