I made an appointment on Tuesday to get a simple oil change as early as possible on Sunday, I was told it would be done in an hour. I dropped my car off at the appointment time, and got a call almost 2 hours later saying they wouldnt be able to fit me in, that they were too busy. I understand that things happen, but I was given an appointment time that was apparently pointless. I show up to pick my car, which hasnt moved from where I left it, and I see that the service bay has only 1 car in it and several mechanics. I guess theyre all too busy working on this one car to take care of mine? I wont even be thinking of returning to this business. The whole reason behind reserving a timeslot for a simple job almost a week in advance was that I needed it to be done, and this place dropped the ball badly. I guess I made an appointment to get up on a Sunday and leave my car in a parking lot for 2 hours.

After having a terrible experience at a different shop, I ended up here. Not only were they half the price of the other shop, they had a much faster turnaround. The guy at the desk was really nice, and so was the mechanic. It turned out I needed a couple of extra parts, and they were very thorough explaining why that was. It seemed like theyre used to new people coming in who are paranoid about getting ripped off, and go the extra mile to explain all of the costs. Just had a very good vibe from them. My only disappointment is that they wont use parts that didnt come from them (even mount tires). But thats a corporate policy of Firestone, and not just this shop. Theyre a ways away from where I live, but Ill definitely be back if I need something done.

I used to love taking my car here, biggest problem I had was the tech didnt close my hood all the way. Well that all changed when they changed their staff at some point over the last 2 years. We had them bust a radiator, then once they got the new radiator they "forgot" to put the clamp on the radiator hose, which caused the hose to pop off, almost overheating the truck. They have ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and tried to put it on. They have put 3 cv. axels on my vehicle in the last year due to either poor instalation or faulty parts. I contacted the DM and he told me just to take my car to the Fort Mill location, which I will do from this point forward.

Went here to get a simple brake job. After they look at the car the tell me that my brakes look fine and that I need a new alignment and new tires. I got an alignment the same day. Two days later I go to get new tires (somewhere cheaper). My car continues to shake when i brake. I go back to Firestone and ask to look at it again. They tell me that I need brakes. I explain that is the reason for me coming the first time when you said that I didnt need brakes. The response I get was it seems to have been miscommunication on our part but you do need brakes someone told you the wrong info. Would you like us to put them on for you? yea right. Will never go back

This location has lost its way. Look for another place. They have no honor. They do not honor appointments, shoving you to the side if someone walks up with a higher revenue job. If you like to be up charged they are great at that sort of thing. If you like waiting all day for a simple job, this is the place for you. I am pulling all my cars from this organization, as I have seen it degrade over the years. It happens.. its why there are other places to go. I have to give them one star, or this review wont enable the POST button. Thanks Google.

Even though I had had a terrible experience my first time at Firestone, I thought I would give them a second chance. Well I shouldve done something else. The service was horrible once again and the estimated time was way under what it actually took. Just take your car to another place and I promise youll get a much better experience. They appeared to add small charges just to increase the price. Poor customer service along with a long wait time makes this Firestone off my to go list in the future.

Went here to get my Jeeps air conditioning serviced. Was told the blower and resistor needed replacing and it would be $560. Turns out the blower and resistor are fine and it was just a loose cable. Needless to say Im disappointed that I was lied to just so they could make a buck but thats America today I suppose.

This is the worst place I ever been lately Used to be really good in town, But now is the worst, I took my car for a simple alignment and they did something that is increible that a proffecional does this They leave the tires of my car squeaking bad and you can smell the rubber

Went in for brakes on all 4 wheels. I had a coupon, figured out I dont need front pads. Most places would have just done the work and not said anything. Also, mentioned my belt making noise, and asked if it was just moisture or it needed replaced. Was told it wasnt needed.

Took 2 hrs to fix a tire, they even notice the car was there until told the already been a hour and is not ready . They just apologized and said have to wait a hour more. Really bad service I do not recommend this place.

Aside from the great auto care, the customer service was phenomenal. They made me coffee, turned up the heat and gave me a jacket when they saw I was cold. It made waiting for my car a pleasant experience.
