They charge a lot and initially it was okay, but after a while I could not even tell they came and then I realized that my house was filthy. For months they had not swept under the bed and other furniture; there was a ton of dust. No cleaning under things like a small lightweight decorative bowl on the kitchen counter - I lifted it up and realized they had not wiped under it in a while. Then they only cleaned the glass shower door to the level of the towel rack. The towels on the rack covered up the bottom half of the shower which had not been cleaned in along time. I complained to the company and was told they would do better, and they did one time. Then my husbands father died, the day of cleaning, and I came in and could not believe that they had taken my check after a terrible job. I had friends and family coming over. My sister and I had to clean the kitchen cabinets and floor that were filthy ( a piece of a red popcicle had fallen on the floor and I had noticed it as I hurried to work that morning - it was still there in the middle of the floor. We had paid over 100 dollars for their service and given the two cleaners each a 20 dollar tip! I have pictures and am going to try to post them. Whoever took my money has no character. I would be ashamed to do such a poor dishonest job - hiding dust on the rug - and take someones money (who works hard.) Dont use this company, the customer service is horrible. They sound annoyed and take no responsibility for complaints and would not view the pictures. Run, dont walk away from this one.

they cleaned my house nicely, not perfect but who is. The problem I had with them is that they are very unprofessional with the way the deal with the business side of it. I cannot believe they handled the one day that I couldnt have them clean (because I had a house full of guest and sleeping kids). I didnt realize it was my day for them to be there so I frantically started cleaning up (because they do not put ANYTHING away they just clean around it or not at all). One of them suggested that they just come back another day. I was happy for the nice turn away and told them I would gladly pay the cancellation fee at my next cleaning. They said ok well see you in two weeks. Today was my day to have them clean, they obviously did not come so I called the company and the lady told me that since I had turned them away that it was a huge inconvenience for them and they did not hear back from me about the "locked out fee" (which I stated that I would pay on my next cleaning). She made it feel like I was a child being punished for bad behavior. Wouldnt you want to keep some of your higher paying clients happy? I never even received a phone call checking to see if they could were still on for cleaning my house. (I always assumed that they were!) So as sad as I am to have a dirty house today I would much rather have that then deal with poorly run businesss.

I really wanted to like them but they do a terrible job. Numerous times they did not clean what they were supposed to clean and I had to end up doing it myself. They put no effort into cleaning countertops or dusting or wiping down a refrigerator. I complained and they said that they would do better, and they did, once. A little "elbow grease" goes a long way but they apparently had no time for that. I never could tell they were actually even there except for the fact that my check was gone and I had a few streaks in my carpet from a vacuum. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. I thought that after I complained, maybe the owner would contact me to apologize but no, sadly it seems they do not care. Definitely find another service, I know I will

After several months with The Cleaning Authority, we are very pleased with the service. Now that we are retired, it is great to have help with keeping the house clean. We use the service once a month, and the ladies are always very pleasant. The house smells fresh and feels clean when they are done. Any mention of something that needs a little extra attention is taken into consideration and promptly attended to. We had another cleaner before, and although she started out well, over time, her service deteriorated and she was dismissed. The standard with The Cleaning Authority is maintained, and any special requests are handled in a courteous manner by customer service. We would recommend The Cleaning Authority to anyone.

The Cleaning Authority does not clean. Routine cleaning includes vacuuming and dusting for the basics and they do not deliver on these basics. The carpets are still dirty and the hard surfaces are dusty. We have reached out to supervisors who have come back and agreed that the cleaning was substandard and cleaned the house again. However, it is not good business to need the supervisor to come clean the house after the cleaning staff have "cleaned." We cannot continue to to pay for a cleaning service when they dont clean. We are discontinuing our service and will be outspoken about the substandard level of The Cleaning Authoritys services. I was forced to at least supply one star to post. Otherwise, there would be no stars.

Ive used The Cleaning Authority for over a year. Ive recommended them to several of my friends. They do a wonderful job cleaning my home. TCA does well with stainless steel appliances, carpet, Pergo and other unique home cleaning challenges. They bring their own cleaning supplies, tools and vacuum. The office staff is always very helpful if I have a question or need to reschedule. Im extremely pleased with The Cleaning Authority. I love coming home to a clean home on my TCA days.

Quality service at a reasonable price! We have used The Cleaning Authority for the past several months, they do a weekly service on our primary residence and a monthly service on a home we currently have on the market. The staff is friendly and professional and they always do an incredibly thorough job. We couldnt be more pleased and would happily recommend them to anyone needing a professional cleaning service.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for over 5 years now. We do the bi-weekly schedule and are very pleased. We havent had any major issues in all these years. They have always been professional and have always done a good job. I have had THREE different services in the past and Ive stayed with this company for over 5 years. That should speak volumes. Id love to be able to afford weekly cleaning!

We are on the bi-weekly schedule, which works great for our family of four. The cleans are not quite as detailed as I would like, but for the price, its great to come home to a clean house and not have to take time out of our weekends to clean. This is the first cleaning service weve used, so I cant compare to other services; however, we are mostly happy with our service and would recommend to others.
