We had a team from Molly Maids ( Gabby and Jen ) come and clean my Fathers condo. He was just recently discharged from the hospital and was not feeling well. He was so pleased to see that these women were going to clean his condo because it really needed a good cleaning. He sat out on the porch while they cleaned. They took advantage of my Dad and stole money and drugs from his medicine cabinet. They also opened a box on his dresser looking for stuff but in turn saw it was the ashes of his beloved wife. They didnt know how to lock the box back up and left abruptly telling my Dad everything was clean and finished. I reported what had happened to their supervisor and the police. Their supervisor made me feel like I was lying and this was his best team and could not believe they would do this. I just want people to know that this service cannot be trusted and to not give them your business. If you want to use Molly Maids make sure you watch their every move or set up a video camera in all areas of your home. I do not recommend them whatsoever. They are criminals wanting to take advantage of another poor innocent victim like my Dad.

Im a nanny for an amazing family who works LONG hours 60+/weekly. The Molly Maids (Alison and Aimee, who were asked not to come back) continually spoke judmentally and egregiously about the family IN FRONT of their two year old twins, including saying things like "Why have a house if you dont clean it" and "no dont clean that its "not worth it"" ??? Its the job you have to CLEAN OUR HOME otherwise, we WOULD be the ones cleaning it and YOU would be the ones out of a job. They smelled HORRIBLY of smoke and cursed over and over in front of our little ones. After FOUR hours of this torture the twins were LITERALLY WAVING THEM OUT THE DOOR because even as two year olds they understood how incorrect their behavior was. >1 star Also, didnt do the things they are quoted as "doing each time we come" such as dusting cobwebs, vacuuming under tables, and taking out the trash.

I had Molly Maid out twice. The first time they forgot to dust the cobwebs off the ceiling. I called about it and was told someone would call me in a couple days. No one ever returned my call. 2 weeks later before they came out again, I called and asked that this be done. They came the second time and stayed only 45 minutes. They did not do the cobwebs and also did not dust behind the coffee maker or sweep the pantry floor or under the dog kennel (tiny kennel). It looked like they dusted, wiped and swept around anything sitting anywhere to get out as quickly as they could. I cancelled service because there are too many other places to try and it turns out every quote I am getting is less expensive. Should have done my research before I hired them.

Last week I had two lovely young ladies come into my house. Asked to show exactly what i wanted to have done before they would start the 2 hour cleaning process. Was very thorough and looked great. I appreciated their professionalism and also their kindness. And everything looked great. Would highly recommend this company service for big jobs or small needs, like i had. Molly Maid is cleaning my sister-in-laws home on a monthly basis. She really has appreciated their timeliness, thoroughness, professionalism, and the care they take with her belongings. I have been using Molly Maids for about 6 months, and I LOVE THEM! They are always efficient and consistent. I have met several of the staff members, and all are great. Christopher, who you talk to when you call, is always friendly, and patient, when I call in. Heather, and Barb, who are my favorite team, do a fantastic job cleaning. I will continue to use them, and recommend them.

The 3 gals you sent me yesterday were less than efficient. The 1 gal Robin, had been here prior, & had to tell the others what to do. Nothing was put back in place after dusting. i.e. lamp shades, pictures, chairs etc.My ceiling fans were not dusted. Lint from the rags they were using was everywhere. I am very displeased with my service.

Service provided: Move-in Cleaning Residential Home They went through items in boxes and took items from our home. The response when questioned, "We thought these items were left, and did not want to let them go to waste." I recommend not using, unless your okay with them going through and TAKING your personal property.

Recently we had Molly maid do a cleaning job. the girls arrived on time worked very hard and did a fine job. they were very polite and the family enjoyed having them. we are doing some remodeling now and when we are through we hope to have them back on a regular basis.
