I called and had an appointment scheduled for over a week. I was given a time frame window of 12-2. After that window expired I decided to call and see if someone was just running late or if they were actually coming at all. I spoke to the owner and he gave me every excuse under the sun, His birthday was yesterday to he was on vacation. I asked him how that pertained to my appointment because I think thats irrelevant. He scheduled the time and date. Common courtesy would have been him to call and see if I could have rescheduled so I wasnt waiting around half the day. He then continued to tell me I made the mistake and it must have been another company. False! I kindly refreshed his memory and then all of a sudden he remembered and started to yell at me so I hung up. I will not be using this guy nor would I recommend him. I wish I could give zero stars. He probably paid a service to write all of these reviews in the first place.

Advance Carpet Cleaning called ahead, very prompt. Cleaned my whole area of my living room, complete couch, recliner, loveseat, and large area declarative rug.Chris did an awesome job! °°°Ask him for daily special rates°°°°° he had the best rates. Didnt make me feel like a stranger in my own home..he has the manpower and professional equipment that did NOT clutter my home. Chris is friendly, having a 3 yr old running around wasnt a problem for Chris or his equipment..he completed the job nicely. Hes extremely detailed, not forgetting the creases in the sitting arrangements...I would refer this company to my family and friends anyday!

Exceptionally knowledgable, courteous, timely and affordable. My husband and I inherited an Egyptian rug that desperately needed a good cleaning. Chris gave me a quote over the phone based on my best guess of how large the carpet was and its material. Once he came to the house and saw the rug for himself, he told me that it would need to be hand washed. I braced myself for a raise in cost, but he kept the quote the same! Not only that, but he had the rug washed, dried and delivered back to my house in 24 hours! It looks fantastic. I highly recommend Advanced Carpet Cleaning for all of your rug care needs.

Believe the reviews. We recently moved from Atlanta to Louisville and needed our carpets cleaned before relatives visited. He did a great job cleaning carpets that were mess from our two dogs and a parade of contractors from recent remodeling. Advanced carpet cleaning is the best! They were very polite and professional. Chris knows his job very well. When he finished cleaning my carpet, all of my stains were gone. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs, but you couldnt tell that when he left. No pet stains, no red stains from kool-aid, nothing! The carpets dried fast and the whole house smelled fresh. I am extremely impressed and will definitely recommend him to everyone. Im looking forward to him coming back when I need him again! Thank you Chris!

The rug Chris came out to clean was an absolute mess. Its been through 3 young kids, 2 dogs and years of wear and tear. In the first 10 minutes we could see a huge difference already. The tech that came, was friendly and professional. We have a three year old and both of us track black soot home on our shoes. Between the wet spills and soot, our carpet was horrible. It looks new after Chris worked his magic. I highly recommend and will always call them for our carpet or upholstery cleaning! Must add the price is right as well. Why support a corporation when we can support locally owned and operated.
