We are new to MaidPro, but wow, what a first impression! They greatly exceeded our expectations. The ladies worked very hard paying attention to even small details. I keep finding things they did well! Another pleasant surprise is the service we have received from the manager & staff at the local MaidPro office. Their follow up has been timely making it clear that our satisfaction is their priority. The ladies as well as the office staff really do their best to pay attention to what is most important to us. We would add that the cost is very reasonable. My husband said, "The smile on your face is worth every penny!" Looking forward to our next visit from MaidPro! Thanks MaidPro of Cookeville!

I initially called to set up a one time cleaning around the Holidays, but was so impressed I am still using MaidPro. My husband was very skeptical, but after the first visit and him finding the little sticker on the toilet paper roll (he was so excited he took a picture of it), he was sold as well! I get so excited to come home to a sparkly clean house! They are super pet friendly and really try to exceed your expectations! The local office staff are always a pleasure to talk to and are very good about communicating with you! As a working mom, MaidPro makes my life a little easier! I would (and have) recommend them to anyone that needs a little extra help around the house!

Due to our busy schedules, we were in search of a cleaning service. We were new to the area and were concerned with hiring someone we did not know. We found Maid Pro on the internet and we called to obtain information. We immediately felt comfortable with Maid Pro. We selected weekly cleanings and our home looks and feels like a hotel every time Simone leaves!!! From making beds, cleaning blinds, ceiling fans, rolling blankets, fluffing pillows, and even folding the toilet tissue in a professional way with a little Maid Pro sticker. They are AMAZING!!! What I love about MaidPro is that you never have to worry if about anything when it comes to having someone come in your house and cleaning! Even if the maid that normally cleans your house gets sick, they call you and make sure that a replacement is okay to come at your scheduled time. Ive been using them for about a year and have never had an issue. I really like our current maid, Ashley. She is very sweet and puts up with our crazy house. Eric and Wendy are great to work with and are always there to answer any questions you have and can have your maid accommodate for any extra time when needed!

Maidpro has offered reliability, unsurpassed customer service, and is extremely affordable. I am very pleased with my experience. I am now able to enjoy my time off work instead of having to worry about keeping the house in order. They are also very pet friendly! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.
