My wife and I were in desperate need of a new carpet cleaner to maintain the floors in our small businesss office. We found Top Care Cleaning and called them for a quote. We do whatever we can to help support local business, after learning Top Care also cleaned gutters and windows as well as had prices extremely comparable to the big guys, we set up an appointment. The crew showed up on time AND finished on time. Definitely not what we were used to with our previous cleaners. They were very polite, professional, and even knowledgable. I had a few questions about their process and how it worked and the service guy actually impressed me and knew the answers. It was also very convenient not having to remember to set up appointments with a second and third company for the gutters and windows. This was about two years ago and we still use Top Care today. We have formed an excellent working business relationship with them and they did such a great job with our office my wife started having them take care of our residence as well. I would highly recommend Top Care Cleaning for anyone who needs clean carpets, gutters, and windows.

I have used Top Care for 25 - 30 years. They are the most professional people I have ever hired. They are so accurate in any job they do and never, ever in a hurry. The precise way they wash windows is something to watch. The windows are perfect every time. I have also used them for carpet cleaning. Once my father-in-law spilled an entire glass of red wine on the stairs that was carpeted in white carpet. They got all the stain out. Their employees are trained superbly in every job and it is most apparent that this is a job full of pride for each and every one who works for them. I have used Top Care Cleaning for three of their services they offer. Window Cleaning this past November. The crew arrived, set up and got to work. They had the job done in no time. Very proficient. The windows.....they looked great, so clean!! For Carpet Cleaning they were out to tackle our rec room carpet. The dog had a serious diarrhea accident. The guys were on time and very professional. When they left the basement smelled wonderful and the spots were gone. The room was ready to be used, the carpet practically dry. Also have had the carpet crew out to clean the Carpet and Upholstery in our 5th wheel travel trailer. When the technicians were done it looked fabulous. Definitely will call again.

We needed coffee stains removed from the carpet in our office quickly due to a high level client making a visit the next day. They were able to come in that same day and removed the stain. They guy was super friendly and helpful and they worked quickly and quietly. The stain was gone and the team picked up the fans they left the following morning before our client arrived. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was because after a week or so the stain came back a little and you can faintly see it again. He explained this could happen up front because he knew he was pressed for time but we agreed to that anyways so it was not a huge problem, especially since the price was fair for such short notice.

I have had the pleasure of using Top Care Cleaning Services for over 15 years. They have always cleaned my carpets and rugs annually as well as my windows. I have had two "emergency" situations, one dealing with spilled paint on a new carpet, and the other was badly soiled white sofa and chairs after a move. Both times, Top Care was there quickly. They have always been professional, skilled, and thorough. They are a top-notch company. I give them an A+! Thank you, Douglas!

I emailed their company asking for a quote for a carpet cleaning service, since their page advertised that they so so well. My email reply from Kathy was "this is not a project we are able to do at this time". I thought their company could deep clean carpets as advertised, but apparently was mistaken. They should probably remove the carpet cleaning section from their website. That is very misleading...

Have had this company clean my windows in and out for many years and never disappointed. I have had a few different service people wash some windows after minor work at my house, and there is no comparison to Top Cares full service. I look forward to them doing it as it looks so good when done. The staff is professional and experienced, neat, clean, quiet, and very considerate of my home.
