I am sending this email after my recent carpet cleaning appointment. We have lived in our house for 5 years and had never had it professionally cleaned, so we figured it was time to do so. I am relatively new to the area(moved here 5 years ago) and after doing some research I decided to book Indy Carpet Cleaning. The service went smooth, the technician was on time(actually was able to show up early) and overall I had a great experience with your company. Mario was our technician and was very friendly, knowledgeable and since an appointment cancelled he showed up early and since we didn’t have everything moved at that time, even helped us move some furniture. He walked the house after he was done and explained what to expect as the carpets dried. Being in the sales industry, I understand that sometimes you only hear the bad reviews or complaints, so I wanted to take the time and say thank you and that we are pleased with the experience. We will definitely be booking you guys in the future for all of our carpet cleaning needs. Two thumbs up and keep up the good work.

We recently just purchased a new house and called to make an appointment so we could get our carpets cleaned before we move in. We arranged for someone to be at the house while they were cleaned and the technician never showed up!! My husband called to let them know and the manager wasnt even available to speak with him. The lady who answered the phone asked if we wanted to reschedule and we said absolutely not! Why waste our time? There is no point to schedule another appointment if you cant even get a reliable person the first time! I am so disappointed! Thanks for nothing!!

I used this company about a year ago when leaving my old apartment. They were absolutely fantastic. Very polite and professional when scheduling and answered any questions I had. The day of the cleaning, they were on time, friendly, and did a great job. I just booked with them again today and Ive received the same great service. I called and decided not to leave a voicemail because I planned on using their site to book. They gave me a call back right away and asked if they could still help me. Went over pricing and all pet stain/odor removal options.

Had a great experience today with Dustin and Austin from Indy Carpet Cleaning. I havent used this company before, but they knew what they were doing.
