I called MaidPro, and they initially talked as if they were very professional, but as it turns out, they are completely unprofessional. There is a list of problems, but I will focus on the main ones. First, they really sell you a lemon concerning the amount of time for the first cleaning. The young lady that came in to clean said that the time starts as soon as she gets to the residence. Which means, as soon as she parks. How do I know when she actually parks? She told me about 30 minutes before she actually got to my door that she parked (nevermind the fact that she parked about a block away from my residence and carried all of her stuff to my door. Additionally, she had a neighbor of mine help her carry her stuff to my door)!!!??? She actually charged me this time. No, she did not call when she arrived at my complex, nor did she ask for general directions to my condo, instead, she just walked around the complex with all of her equipment looking for the place, and charging the time. Next up, the manager calls saying that she has 20 minutes left, when in reality she had another 1 hr. and 30 minutes, and whether I wanted to add on more time. Huh? Yeah, that was my response. I had to tell them that they hadnt been at my place for 2 hours yet, and thats when I found out about the time starting when she parked instead of starting when they came to the door. After that, I learn from the lady that was cleaning my place that she was double booked for my appointment. Basically, she was booked for my place from 9:30 to 12:30, and booked for another appointment from 9 to 11, and the other person was getting upset because she had not arrived yet. This is the reason why, I believe, they said that she only had 10 minutes left on my appointment because they had an angry client. Now, she has two angry clients. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau in regards to how they are calculating time and how they are going about setting up appointments for their workers. Ultimately, I was not given my full time, I felt scammed in the sense that the lady working was really trying to short me on time, and then try to add on more time per hour, which is an outrageous price. Moreover, the manager or person I was talking to, named Amanda, was very rude and impersonal on the day of the cleaning as if she was only there to squeeze more time and money out of the clean. The cleaner never communicated with me while she was there, never said that anything was taking longer concerning the clean, and I was only alerted that the clean was taking longer than anticipated when the manager called saying I needed to add on more minutes as a result of only having ten minutes left...mind you, this is at 10:30 when she is supposed to leave at 12:30 (she did arrive about 15-20 minutes before 9:30. Lastly, the cleaner, who was supposed to do a deep clean the first time, did not even bring all of her supplies to do a deep clean and said that she would clean it better "next time," as if there would be a next time. Horrible experience, will not use this service going forward, and I adamantly do not recommend them.

Had issue with them from the beginning. They charged a min of 3 hrs. I asked fro two bathrooms and a oven and was quoted for 3 1/2 hrs. I asked what they would do if they finished in less time. They said they would leave. I asked then why would I pay for 3 hrs? We went in circles. But I went ahead and booked anyways because I needed them sooner than later. I am a clean person but I moved into a new place that just needed a little extra and my landlord offered to pay. So I was doing it. Well I ended up talking to the local manager. We had the same convo about it taking a long time. I asked if they could clean the rest of the kitchen if they finished early? Or should I be there to make sure they didnt just leave after an hr with a 3 hr min. She literally laughed at me on the phone. Then denied laughing and laughed again. Was very unprofessional. So I then sent in a complaint on Maidpro. They emailed and cancelled my appointment without asking or talking to me. Now Im at the last min and need a cleaning service. All i can say is they will give you the go around and I think you should be present to make sure they do spend the time they said it took to clean. As well as very very unprofessional. Never been laughed at because I was asking questions about concerns.

This is the worst and slowest service I have ever used. The maid was in my home for three hours and got almost nothing done. He was sent to the basement to mop a small bathroom floor (in a bathroom that is cleaned after each use and is only used for guests) and a shower. He spent 75 minutes in this bathroom alone cleaning what he called grung in the shower. What he was trying to do was remove the non-slip coating which is a part of the shower floor (there is no tile in this shower). Oh, he did remove the toliet paper roll and put it on backwards, plus rearranging the towels not to my satisfaction. He then mop a couple of floors then moved upstairs to the master bathroom. The remainder of the time was spent there. No vacuuming was done, no cabinets wiped down, the bathtub was not dusted (we dont use it) the shower was not clean. The cobwebs remained untouched.What was accomplished? Again, I paid to have my toliet paper removed and put upside down and the towels moved so that I now longer could know which towel belonged to which person. If this is what you want to pay megabucks for then I suggest you will love this service.

We have had Maidpro for a several months. They are AMAZING. We are VERY happy with their service. We have had twice per month cleanings for~8months. I have had to reschedule several times, and there has been no issue, including offsetting the entire schedule by a week. One time the home cleaner broke our microwave dish (THESE THINGS HAPPEN). She immediately informed me and called her boss to work out repayment for the item. It was very easy. Jessica and Amanda have been great to work with. I do have to say, Samantha went above and beyond this week with our cleaning, thank you Samantha!! I am going to be honest, I tried several people before and they way overcharged cause we live in Taylorsville, or did not have insurance (unacceptable). Thank you MaidPro!!!!

I called to get a couple quotes. The two people I spoke with were nice and professional. I just wanted to get the quotes, but I felt comfortable with giving them a shot. So I went ahead and scheduled the first cleanings. Next day, I get a call and they inform me that the prices I had been quoted would not be honored due to "miscommunication". Now, I understand no one is perfect. Someone dropped the ball and I was given a lower rate. However, when it comes to business, you cant quote a customer one rate, and then go back on it. Like a hotel. You cant quote a lower price at the time of reservation, then tell your customer the price went up when they check in. Anyway, they just lost 2 potential customers. Still looking for a new cleaning company :/
