I am a recent college graduate who resides in Tuskegee, AL (about 20 mins from Auburn). I work two jobs (6 days out of the week) and have been in the process of moving for almost a month now. I want to have my apartment deep cleaned before I move my belongings in. When I called yesterday to set up the appointment, the service award great! Quick and easy to schedule. However today when the appointment was scheduled to take place between 12 and 4 pm, I received no call to let me know that someone was on their way by 3:30. I called the 334 number twice; no one answered. I went to their website and contact Sunny, the online chat window saying that no one had contacted me. She said that a representative would be right with me. Someone called maybe ten mins later to say that THEY HAD TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. THEY SAID THAT ONE OF THE CLEANERS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE AREA AND WASNT COMFORTBALE COMING OUT. These sentiments are fine and dandy but I WAS GIVEN NO PRIOR NOTIFICATION THAT MY APPONTMENT WAS CANCELLED. Not a good way to conduct business.

We booked a Deep Scrub clean for my familys vacation house with Expert Cleaning Concepts three days before this summers Fourth of July long weekend holiday and the service was splendid! Every family member and guest was so impressed with how clean our flooring, tiles, walls and baseboards are looking. So shiny clean that a couple of family members and a regular guest from Washington, DC even asked me if I had the property refloored earlier this year. I was flattered. It was indeed one of the best things have done for my family this summer- calling Expert Cleaning Concepts for the job. Whats more? While Ill be away in the West Coast for almost the entire year, we got it arranged for monthly maintenance cleaning at a very affordable rate. I keep them not just because of superb professional work but for the assigned cleaners courteous and pleasing attitude. So highly recommended!

This cleaning company is just what I needed! They were great from start to finish. Great customer service and professional staff made this move in a breeze for me and my family. They came in and got to work immediately. The house was a wreck from the previous owners. Full of cat fur and trash left behind. Appliances were so bad I thought we would have to trash them. But these ladys came in and cleaned house!!! Literally!!! I highly recommend giving them a call for your light cleaning all the way to the tough stuff. ECC cleans my home twice a month and those are my absolute favorite days of the month. It feels so good to come home to a perfectly clean home. They are always so nice and professional. The office staff is very friendly. I filled out an online form and Shan called me back within 7-10 minutes. LOL Whew! That was fast. Earlier that day I contacted 2 other cleaning companies and no one called me back. :-( Well, I made the right choice. I LOVE Cierra and Stephanie. I will use them again within a few months.
