BEWARE. I recently had a horrible experience with this company. I had contracted them to clean very specific parts of a rental I own but when then tenants showed up for move in, the unit was not clean. Only one item we had agreed to was actually clean. I then had to go to the townhouse and clean for 2 hours myself so my tenets could move in. The floors were not swept or mopped, appliances and cabinets not wiped down as agreed. Fans and window sills filthy, even though we discussed doing this in advance and it is outlined on the invoice. I even sent them pictures. Whats worse is that even after I contacted them, they never called me back and still charged my card! I have disputed this with my credit card company, but what a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and get a company that will do what is right when they make a mistake. The pictures below are just a small sampling of what it looked like "after" the cleaning!

Pretty unsatisfied with the 5-hour "deep clean" service we had today. We hired this company to thoroughly clean a house we just purchased so it would be spotless prior to moving in. Upon arrival to our house this afternoon, right off the bat we noticed they left the garage door up with our belongings in plain view. The front door was unlocked as well. The crew was nowhere to be found. As we looked around to see what had been done, here are just a few things we noticed: -soap scum in the shower -hair in the sink/tubs -microwave not cleaned -oven not cleaned -things on kitchen countertops that would have easily been brushed away even if wiped with a dry cloth We were supposed to be notified prior to the crew leaving and we werent. I tried to call the office at 4:30 pm and no one answered. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service. Book this company at your own risk.

I have loved working with CSI! We had a pipe burst in our kitchen which sent water into our kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining room. CSI packed us out and moved our furniture back in after our renovations were complete. They sent a cleaning crew to deep clean all of the dust and grit that was stirred up during the renovation process. The ladies that they sent were fabulous!!! They were quick but efficient, and my house looked and smelled amazing. Thank you CSI!!

Ive trusted CSI with my carpet cleaning needs for years, and they continue to exceed my expectations. Ive recently used their Maid service for general cleaning. I may never need to clean again! Not only do they GUARANTY their work, but theyre honest and they get the job done at an affordable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

CSI Cleaning & Restoration did a great job the move in cleaning they did at our new home in Opelika AL. The walls and crown molding were filthy, and CSI made short work of it and all the rest of the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet cleaning was top notch as well. I tell others about the cleaning service all the time.

Terrible. Spots of house completely skipped by cleaning crew. No idea what they did for five hours other than burn time. They also left my doors and garage door unlocked without notifying me they were finished. Complete waste.
