I had Molly Maid clean 1 bed room, 1 kitchen, bath and a half, living room, dining room and long hallway. The Plan was to get rid of some of the dust and dirt accumulated because my work hours are too high for me to clean. Molly Maid in Grandville did bad service and damage the Formica in the kitchen. Here is what I experience. 1. Try to schedule maid service. It took two attempts for scheduling. 2. Two maids come together to clean with 1 being the leader. 3. The clean a room you as a customer approves. The bathroom failed twice by second maid - Ruth a. Pictures not wipe of dust. b. Tile was dusty. c. Shower head was not clean. d. Floor was dirty in the main bathroom 4. Clean the kitchen failed testing by the lead maid. a. Counter tops were not clean. They had to be wiped down two more times. b. Part of the kitchen floor was not cleaned. c. Ruth managed to rip off part of the Formica with her bucket she was carrying though. Mark, the owner came out to look at the damage. He said he could repair it. He came over earlier than expected on a Saturday. Didnt call as he said he would ahead of time. While I was getting dress, he started working on the Formica. He put the piece on crooked and didnt alien up the damage. He took a picture half way across the room and said "its the best I can do". Mark is not license for contract home repairs but felt the need to do it himself to save himself money. He also mention he had no experience but did the work himself anyways. He didnt wait for me to come down the stairs to speak to him. No discount was offer for the mess he left. When the house was not clean correctly the first time in the kitchen and bathroom. It was expected I pay the extra time for the maid service to do a better job even when the lead maid failed the other maid cleaning work. The counter top has been estimated. I will have to replace the Formica for the whole counter space. Contractor was surprise at the approach Mark tried to take at fixing the Formica. Bottom line. Mark the owner, will not take responsibility for his company mistakes and will charge you extra for the maids to clean correctly. No invoice is sent to you even when it is requested.

We had molly maid come to our house yesterday and the stuff they did was good. But we had some stuff they didnt do. My wife had to clean after they left. We wanted the base boards and walls cleaned. They missed a lot of stuff. The ledge going upstairs was still dirt and the ledge down stairs and upstairs. The bathroom floor wasnt cleaned. Under the plunger still had a ring of dirt under it. My wife used a swifter in the bathroom and kitchen floor and it was still dirty afterwards. When you pay over 300 to get your house deep cleaned. Then we have to clean afterwards its crazy. My wife went through a whole big container of cleaning wipes. Making the beds and vacuuming and dusting was awesome. Its just the stuff that we called to have you do. Is what we had to do our selves.

Molly Maid is wonderful. The ladies that come to my house such a terrific job. They are friendly, courteous, and efficient. They have helped me to feel relaxed about having someone come and clean. The office staff is wonderful and professional. They have been proactive about resolving any scheduling conflicts I may have and have contacted me to check my satisfaction on multiple occasions. The best yet is every two weeks I know my house is going to be clean. Oh and they work well around pets! I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Our initial cleaning service was fantastic! The 3 person cleaning team (Aubrey, Monica & Margaret) did an amazing job cleaning our home. Setting up service with Molly Maid was simple and quick - a 20 minute walk through of our home, follow up phone call and our house was scheduled to be cleaned the next week! The cost is very reasonable and coming home to a clean looking and smelling home is priceless. Thank you Molly Maid!

I absolutely love coming home to a clean home!!! Molly Maid does an awesome job for me each and every time!.....This was the review I did a year ago. I continue to love having Molly Maids in my home. They continue to do a great job for me. This last week they even volunteered to let my puppy out of her kennel while they were in my home. I love that type of service! I cant say thank you enough!

Cheerful, upbeat, thorough and conscientious workers. Great communication with office staff as well. Would definitely recommend especially for older folks or for those who are home during cleaning times. We are home and find the girls continually bringing smiles to our faces while they get the job. done. Thanks Molly Maid.

They put up with my wild (and huge) puppy! Nice and always friendly. House smells great when theyre done and they re-clean the glass doors & windows after "Buddy" re-slimes them with his wet nose! Best after we settled on our usual team: Marsha & Rebecca and/or a stand in. Always asking if theyre doing things well!
