5 Star cleaning at a great value! The Maids have been cleaning my house for the past 5 years and they continue to exceed my expectations in every way. The quality of their work and thoroughness of cleaning is truly exceptional. The cleaning teams are professional, reliable, and take personal ownership to ensure I get a perfect clean every time. Their ongoing attention to detail is remarkable and makes me feel like I live in a 5 star hotel. Additionally, the owners and office staff are extremely customer service oriented and flexible when I need to make changes to my cleaning schedule. The best part of using The Maids is that I get top quality service at a great value. “My wife and I have used this service for almost two years now, and every single time Im amazed at how great of a job they do. Theyre remarkably consistent -- I can never find a bit of dirt once theyre done, and everything sparkles. It sounds a bit hyperbolic but its true. Not to mention, the hotel style attention to detail!!! In short and simple terms; excellent service, easy scheduling, prompt and friendly staff. Prompt response to phone and email requests. I think for what you get-service, quality cleaning and someone you can trust in your home-the price cant be beat. I have offered a referral to some people and they say "that seems a little high" but having used other cleaning agencies before I can say its actually on par or less than others and like with anything, you get what you pay for. Our house is always clean and smells wonderful. We have three cats and a dog and have never heard a complaint. I highly recommend The Maids!!

My family has been using The Maids cleaning service after several not so good experiences with other companies. We have been happy with The Maids overall service for several years. It starts with their communication to the customers. Kelly and the team do a wonderful job of notifying me of an upcoming clean 24 hours ahead of time. They are also accomodating if my scheduled day is not good for one reason or another. The cleaning crew always do an exceptional job! Its nice to come home to a clean home when I know The Maids have been to the house. On the very rare occasion that something is not right, The Maids keep to their promise and have made it right! I would gladly recommend The Maids to anyone looking for a home cleaning service.

I have used The Maids for about 6 months. I have used the Red team and have no complaints. They are always efficient and friendly. They come once a month and do a fantastic job! If they are going to be late, they call and let me know, even if just a few minutes. Only once, did they need to reschedule and that was due to weather. The girls each know what they are to do & do it. The leader does check to see if I want them to do anything special (e.g. clean the finish section of the basement, etc.). When they are done, the house is clean and fresh smelling... hate to even make dinner as cooking would mess up my sparkling clean kitchen!

If you are looking for a spotless home and friendly service, I would definitely recommend calling The Maids. They pay attention to every detail in your home and are extremely thorough each time. You will have a consistent team that cleans your home so you know what to expect every visit and they are very personable. Only once in over a year was a closet floor missed. When The Maids gave me a curtesy call the next day to check on my service (they do this after every cleaning) I mentioned it and the team came out the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. Fabulous service!!

Im not even sure how to express how great these ladies are! They really take the time to get to know their clients and what their likes and dislikes are. It always feels like they go the extra mile for my family and that Im their most important client. When the ladies visit my house they are always so respectful and sweet. My house looks fantastic when they leave and I feel like they go the extra mile for me. I always find little touches when I get home that make me smile, and my kids always get a kick out of the way they arrange animals and toys in their room or on their bed.

The Maids have been consistently excellent. They are thorough, efficient, hard-working, and very attentive to detail. We are impressed with the fact that their cleaning products are environmentally friendly. The house literally sparkles when they finish. Nothing is overlooked including baseboards, picture frames, and the corners that previous cleaners have often overlooked. I can count on them to be on time and work quickly and efficiently to get my house cleaned...and I have a big house...4 bedrooms and 5 baths on 3 floors. The maids always do a wonderful job. They have been cleaning my house for 6 years now. On the occasion they do miss something they will come back out and fix what was missed. I have used them also to clean my sons house when we are having a party at his house. They will come on short notice if they have time. Like when my daughter was getting married and i had alot of people coming they came and did an extra clean.
