I cannot even describe how pleased I am with A1! After moving elderly my mother out of her home to Michigan-I needed to find a service to totally clean the slightly neglected home and get it ready to sell. My son had researched various services and suggested A1. Dealing with a company from 300 miles away was a bit unnerving, but I worried for no reason! After my initial call to Pete, the owner, he called me back within a couple hours after visiting the home. I was able to specify my expectations and Pete told me exactly what results I could expect! Jen Snodgrass, the Operations Manager was in contact with me over several days with emails and texts and before and after photos! She was awesome! Our realtor from Talk to Tucker was VERY pleased too! I HIGHLY recommend A1!!!

I needed extra help cleaning my house over the summer when I had two teenage boys and their friends, clothes, and stuff come home from school for the summer. I had tried A 1 as I had purchased 4 hours of cleaning from Groupon. The woman who came did such an awesome, thorough job that I called A 1 and asked for a quote. Very thorough, always looks awesome!!! Ive never had a problem with theft (one of my major concerns since theyre there when Im not home). The employees are very respectful of my house and my kittens! We did have a problem with the house not being up to standard. Jen was super cool about it and even came herself the next day to make sure it was done right!! Would recommend time and time again!!!

I had called to schedule a deep cleaning and wanted the pricing for return services. I spoke with Jennifer who was very nice and helpful. We had some issues with scheduling but Jennifer reached out to me personally and we got it quickly resolved. I loved that they even asked for my pets names and could clean even if we werent home. They do great work and I would highly recommend them!

With two little ones. its hard to find time to clean between the laundry, dinner, school, etc. Having my house cleaned took so much weight off my shoulders.
