I cannot speak for the quality of their work. I can, however, speak to their customer service. I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning on a Monday for someone to come and do an estimate on how much it would cost to clean my house. My appointment time came and went. I waited for half an hour. Then I tried to call. They had phone issues. So I emailed and asked that someone please contact me. They finally called and said they had tried to call but their phone wasnt working. That I can understand. Im a reasonable person and dont fault them for that. What is their fault is that they said their company was "swamped" and unable to have someone come after all. So, I took 3 hours off of work for an appointment that they had no intention of keeping. They could have called on FRIDAY to tell me. I find it hard to believe that they didnt know by the end of the day on Friday that they were too busy to come first thing on Monday.

Our company Chandler Property Management utilizes B&B Cleaning Company for the periodic exterior window washing of our office building. They are always prompt for their appointment and do an excellent job. We also use them to take care of the housekeeping at a 5 tenant office building we manage in Hartland. Our clients there are extremely happy with their biweekly service.
