I was always away at work when the ladies did their cleaning. When I would get home, I blamed the lack of "clean and shine" on the fact that the kids had been home from school before I got there. I did have to make a couple of calls about a forgotten bathroom or streaks left behind. One cleaning I was home with a sick child. When the girls left, I realized that the house just wasnt being cleaned thoroughly. No family to blame as they werent all home yet. I immediately cancelled. It wasnt until I cancelled that the management offered to come do a quality check after the next cleaning, (which would be free.) It was a little too late. I did ask for a partial refund. At that point they said they would send a 20.00 refund for an 89.00 cleaning. That never arrived.

Clean well, but struggled to set a consistent time for cleaning. Varied from 11 AM to 3 PM, when it was supposed to be at 2 PM each week. Nice staff. Good work. My wife needed to be there as we have a very protective dog - the lack of consistent schedule made it too inconvenient for us to continue with them.

I have used this company for several years and think they do an excellent job! I love that they use products that are safe for my dog. The staff is friendly and efficient. I love coming home to a clean house!

Replaced a previous housecleaner with these people. They are a first class service, reliable and so much so in fact that I just recently recommended them to a friend who was in need of a similar service.

They are rude. They Showed up at unscheduled times every single time for the six times I used them. The cleaning people were fine but the office staff could not have cared less about my business.
