Cleaning our house has always been a bit of a frustration for my husband and I. Not that we dont equally do our part or keep our house a forever mess, but it was a constant burden looming over our heads. We couldnt just come home from work and enjoy our evening together, because there was always something to be done. So we decided to try out a maid service! This was our first experience with a maid service at our home, so we were a bit hesitant at what to expect. But after the first cleaning we were nothing but ABSOLUTELY blown away. As soon as I walked through the door I could feel the burden and anxiety immediate lift because not only had the house been cleaned, it had been done with EXPERT hands. As I toured through the house, I noticed, not only the major things, but what struck me was every tiny detail was accounted for. Every nook, cranny, and dark place of collected junk were thoroughly cleaned and organized. Our kitchen was spotless down to the coffee maker and they had also loaded our dishwasher. Our bathroom was clean, towels folded, and they even organized my plethora of shower accessories! Every corner of each room where dust, dirt and hair had collected over the months had vanished. And they even made our bed! To say I was impressed with the service would be an injustice to this company, I was OVER THE MOON ECSTATIC with the care and attention they paid to each and every part of our little home. This is no ordinary cleaning service. The quality wayyyyy surpassed my expectations and I will not hesitate to recommend your company to any who inquire.This is the best decision we couldve made and thank you so much! Two cleaners showed up for a three hour timeframe and I asked that they get my hardwoods/floors done, dust, clean the bathrooms, change one bed, and wipe down the kitchen really well. They were supposed to clean for 3 hours and at 2.5 hours came to me and said that they would not be able to get it all done. I asked them to at least finish the kitchen and the master bath as they had not been done yet. They came back when finished and said they actually were able to get everything done but after going through the house things just werent cleaned well. One bathroom sink and shower werent touched. Dust on many of the surfaces. Grease I guess for cleaning stainless is sitting in wet spots on the glass on my oven. There is visible dust and debris on all the floors and our bed looks like they just threw everything on top and didnt take any time to put the pillows straight or make it look nice. Everything is just sloppy. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again. Very disappointed as we paid more than any of the private cleaning companies were quoting so will be trying some of them next.

I called Friday and got a price estimate, they told me there was plenty of space for the following week. I called back on Monday (the first day they were open again) first at 10, then at 12:30, 2:00 pm, 3:47. I also, during this time, email the lady back. Finally at 3:47 I got a hold of someone. They told me the spots were full and I should have called sooner, I HAD BEEN TRYING ALL DAY!!! She then says she can put me on a waiting list, even after telling her twice already I needed the services this week!!!! I dont know if it was a different girl that I spoke too, but who blames it on a customer, when I had left several voicemails and an email! I was really excited to work with them after speaking to the girl on Friday, she is the one who told me to call back Monday to set everything up. The girl I spoke with on Monday was passive aggressive and rude!!!!!!

I have been using Two Maids & A Mop for several months now for bi-weekly cleanings. I am always super pleased with the service I receive! One suggestion I would have is to try and have the same team come on a regular basis (not even sure if this is possible.) Each team cleans differently (they have all been great) but some teams have been better than others, although Im not sure I can even pinpoint what the differences are ( I know that sounds weird). They are always very professional and arrive during the timeframe promised- or they have called to see if it was okay to come early! Working an average of 50 hours every week and having 2 boys and a husband, Two Maids & A Mop has not only removed dirt and dust from my house, they have removed so much stress from my life :)! Love this service and highly recommend!!

I started using Two Maids & A Mop about a month ago. I like that they call the business day before they clean to let me know a time frame as to when they will arrive. Thus far they have done a GREAT JOB cleaning our home, and, with the pay-for-performance system they utilize, I believe the GOOD SERVICE will continue. My last service started out great but after a year declined dramatically (to the point that the house didnt even look like they had been there after a cleaning!). I am VERY EXCITED about Two Maids & A Mop - I think theyre onto something by allowing their customers to rate each and every service and paying their top performers accordingly. Im looking forward to coming home to a house cleaned by Two Maids & A Mop for many years to come! :)

I couldnt be happier with the experience I have had with Two Maids and a Mop! As a mom of two boys, and two dogs, having help keeping the house clean has been an amazing blessing. While other companies complained about having to clean around the kids toys, the ladies with Two Maids and a Mop understand that this is my home and we LIVE here and happily work around our messes without complaint! April, our regular cleaner, is always warm, friendly, kind to my children and super professional! We couldnt have asked for a better person to have in our home. She is thorough, quick, and even washes the breakfast dishes that are left in the sink AND makes up my sons hard to reach bunk bed. Cleaning days are by far my favorite day of the week!

I used Two Maids and a Mop yesterday for a deep cleaning of my house. I normally keep my house in good order but health issues in the past several months have prevented me from taking care of it as I should. The stress finally got to the point that I decided to get my house professionally cleaned and I am so glad that I did!!! I dont know when it has been so spotless and everything has been dusted, wiped down, mopped or vacuumed. The two maids, April and Ashley were very professional, friendly and worked fast but did a great job. I feel so good today looking around, knowing the accumulated dust is gone!! I will definitely be calling them again as I am now spoiled!

One of the maids that was in my home was sweet--and worked hard. The other, talked more than cleaning. It took two full hours for them to clean blinds and windows and pour dirty mop water all over my floor and swish it around. When they left, there were puddles on my floors of leftover mop water which took four huge bath towels to clean up. Thank goodness I was around or my hardwood floors would have been ruined. In addition, I hid two 20 dollar bills inside a jewelry box which "magically" disappeared during the cleaning. Overall, a very bad experience and I would never do it again. This reinforces my skepticism in companies like these.
