You can do better with another service. First be aware that this company is reaching out to all their clients to get them to publish a review on Google. Where you need to look at their reviews is on Yelp. They are awful as they should be. This group does not know the first thing about customer service or retention. Doesnt it strike you as odd that all of these reviews on Google are all 4 stars? Check out their reviews on Yelp. That is where you get a clear understanding of the business they run. Well let me start with the positive about this company. They have an employee by the name of Angel that I have spoken to and emailed but never met-hes the good one of the group-they should hold onto him. Now for the downside-this is where from the standpoint of someone who runs a business it always shocks me to hear the responses you get from people who are in charge of "responding" to client concerns. I have been with this company for 2 years-always paid my cleaning bills on time, house was always neat and put away when they arrived to clean-never an issue. Six weeks ago my A/C unit went out. I called them the day that it did to let them know that based on that it would be too hot for their employees to work and I thought I should cancel. They accepted that and now fast forward to my next appointment. They sent the email reminder about the appointment with the note of the regular charge. The next day another reminder came in to remind me again and I did not pay attention to it. Fast forward another week-today get an email stating I shorted them $30.00 and asked to submit payment. I go back and look at the emails and find the two containing conflicting amounts. When I bring that to their attention they come back with "thats our policy to charge additional if you skip an appointment". I said fine, as a matter of principal Ill cancel my services: There comeback, sorry to hear, let us know if you need anything. So to be clear, I try to be humane to your workers by not having them clean my home with no A/C and your are going to try to charge me more money by stating that they would have to do more on this next visit. Please come up with a better excuse to get money out of me. I kept the service because it was more of a hassle to find someone new. They were not great but they got the job done that I did not want to do. Sorry to see that their customer service is as non descript as their cleaning services.

I recently used Amazon Cleaning for the first time for a deep clean and could not have been more impressed by the level of service that was provided! Maria and Carlos arrived at our house on time and were so pleasant to work with. I was so impressed by their attention to detail as they cleaned our town home. Maria and Carlos cleaned everything from our baseboards, to dusting our vents, vacuuming all of our rooms, cleaning our window seals and windows inside. They even dusted our elevated ceiling fan and removed all the cob webs that were too high for me to reach! I can’t tell you how amazing it felt when they were finished to see how clean our house was and smelt! I have used other cleaning services in the past and I have never been so satisfied with the outcome as I have been with Amazon Cleanings level of service. I will be recommending Amazon Cleaning to all of my friends!

My husband and I have been customers of Amazon Cleaning since December 2014 and just wanted to commend the company on providing high-quality, consistent, and professional service. Although Ive had the opportunity to work with various crews over the years - and they have all done a great job, mind you - this review is to specifically commend my regular crew, Lucia and Beatrice. What I admire about them is their consistency, professionalism, and their positive attitude. I am a rather picky person when it comes to cleaning, and I love how they pay attention to the details - they do such a great job, much better than I would! They really take pride in the service they provide. Also, Ive had a positive experience dealing with the home-office (I speak with Angel the most) - always courteous, and super responsive. Great job on making sure your customers are happy customers :)

We found Amazon Cleaning through the Lake Claire message board, with a few neighbors saying they were great. Weve now been using them for over a year and have been really pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their service. In that time, our crew has only changed once, and both crews have been very reliable, professional and courteous (not to mention they do a great job). What sets Amazon Cleaning apart for us is that theyve really thought through how they can provide the best service possible. The provide lock boxes to store keys for their crews to use, schedule quality checks to ensure their crews are doing a good job, give you lots of options around cleaning services and always follow through on their commitment. Were really happy with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable and professional cleaning service.

Amazon Cleaning has been a fantastic service that I am super happy to continue to use. Ive been using them for a number of months now, and they are consistently excellent. They catch small things like baseboards and spider webs in corners, and even the stand for my electric toothbrush. The crew has been incredibly courteous to me and do an amazing job cleaning the house. I always look forward to coming home on cleaning day, as its so wonderful to come in and just enjoy the spotlessness of it. I highly recommend Amazon Cleaning for a fair price (right in line with the other services I evaluated) and a great cleaning. Added bonus: they give you a lock box for your key, so they do not keep a copy, you always have your copy of your key and just leave it out in a lockbox for them.

We recently used Amazon Cleaning for the first time, and we are absolutely positive that this is the best cleaning service we have ever had. Maria and Carlos are absolutely meticulous. They dusted, wiped, and buffed every little nook and cranny of our 3-bedroom home. Maria and Carlos are a husband/wife team, and together, they made our house shine like the day we moved in. They wiped the baseboards, dusted the blinds, the windowsills, and all of the hard-to-reach areas that I knew were caked with dust. They moved our furniture to dust underneath, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We have used various cleaning services before, but we have never found one that we were completely satisfied with. Our search is over. This one is totally worth the money!

This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I dont believe these ratings (as mentioned by Jim) The service was ok for a few months. It was inconsistant but I was too busy to look for another company. They left TRASH all over my house the day before THANKSGIVING and when I emailed to let them know what happened Jerry, the owner, emailed me back saying that I was wrong in expecting them to be "perfect". Expecting a house to be cleaner vs. dirtier after paying for a service is NOT expecting perfection. The owner is rude and condescending . JUST WATCH OUT. Make sure the company you chose is looking out for YOUR best interest and cares about your concerns. This company does not care about your business, opinions or feedback when they do a bad job.
