I have a new secret weapon in Cincinnati against stains and general grossness! And it is CRP Cleaning! Ive dealt with a LOT of contractors over the years, as I used to do property management here in the Mason area. Ive dealt with dozens of carpet and home cleaners, and have NEVER been satisfied. From the popular yellow van carpet cleaners to the little blue car maids, Ive never had them leave without having to call them back, or be so frustrated that I just simply wouldnt use them again. Inevitebly they are late, they dont do what they say they will, they miss things (I once had a cleaner "miss" cleaning the fridge in a vacant)They charge too much, take too long, and never do it as good as I could have done it myself. I was convinced I would never find a company that would clean to my standards. I needed a trustworthy company that was just going to get it done, and get it done RIGHT, the first time. Now, confession time my carpets were NASTY. Im talking 6 week old puppy who peed all over while potty training, four year old boy with chocolate milk and kinetic sand on CREAM carpet - nasty. So I resigned myself to losing a $3,500 deposit and having to pay to replace 2,000 sq ft of cream carpet. (Never put cream in a rental. Ever.) So we had CRP clean our rental completely. I had seen their rave reviews and videos of the carpet miracles they were performing all over Cincinnati. I was putting my faith in her and Calvin to save the day. They came out, gave me a FREE estimate, and completely put my mind at ease. Essie and Calvin were the kindest, most incredible people Ive ever met. You know that couple you watch at the restaurant? The ones who only have eyes for each other and you go "aww" in your head because you hope that you look like that? Yeah- this is that couple that is so incredibly in love its mesmerizing. They give you the warm fuzzies. They respect each other, they respect your home, they respect you. They are just plain old good people. Ive never been more humbled by a love before. But back to the story. I resign myself. I get it. Here comes the "ka-Ching". There is no way its going to be fair pricing for kind, respectful, people to come in my house and clean my gross house and carpet and not have it cost a fortune. No way. Impossible. But OMG it was! They gave me a bid so low I did a double take. Now Ive done a LOT of turns in my day. Ive hired and viewed dozens of contractors and bids. I have no idea how they charged what they did and made any money. Seriously. They got there at 8 am and were leaving at 8pm. All. Day. Long. They didnt stop. They didnt take breaks. They just got it DONE. They worked MAGIC in my house. Like if I hadnt seen them there all day cleaning and scrubbing, I would have thought they waved a wand, kind of magic. The fridge that was in our garage (we brought our own appliances) had been sitting out there for 8 years. 8. It had bugs in it. It was disgusting. I would put food in it now! It gleams! It sparkles! They breathed new life in to this old appliance! They cleaned floor grates and ceiling fan blades and inside light fixtures and cabinets and everything! I could not find a SINGLE thing to nitpick over! And the carpets. Omg. The carpets. The basement was the issue. We are talking set in, pet urine stains. We are talking odor. And nasty nasty carpet. So what it boils down to, is this.Call Essie. No, no, call her. Now. And say "shut up and take my money" because this is the BEST carpet and cleaning company in Cinci. They dont just steam clean carpet. They scrub it. And what about those stains, you ask? Did they come back? A few. And Essie and Calvin came right back out and treated again and those stains havent been seen since. They guarantee their work. They are local. They are small. They are amazing. Youve got nothing to lose. Tell her I sent you. She will take great care of you.

If you want your home to smell good but remain dirty, this is the place for you. I needed a good clean because of the filthy people who subleased while I was on co-op. So I contacted CRP Cleaning, who was happy to help. They seem to have bombed my apartment with Febreze, but the floor was not vacuumed, the walls were not touched, and the fridge and freezer, which I specifically requested they clean, were also not touched, despite the fact that I left both completely empty. They washed my dishes, but they did not bring soap or a scrubbing sponge, so they sent me to the store to buy them. They did not reimburse me for the trip or the price of the materials. What kind of cleaning agency doesnt bring soap to a job? Admittedly, the floor was improved by their cleaning, but it still has a good amount of junk on it that needs vacuumed. They openly refused to clean my upholstery, as they didnt bring equipment for the job, and they wouldnt want to use the same equipment in other places after, because it might spread bugs. This is despite the fact that a certified pest control agency confirmed that all bugs had been eradicated a week prior. I dont know about you, but I would trust the word of a pest control specialist over the hunch of a cleaning lady. Im left wondering whether or not they clean their equipment between jobs, otherwise I cant imagine why this would be an issue. Overall, they did what I could have done myself in the same timeframe for the cost of a bottle of Febreze and a malfunctioning vacuum cleaner rather than $160+dish soap and a sponge. While there, they were mysteriously in a huge rush, racing against the clock such that they could not have possibly cleaned anything thoroughly. I hired a cleaning agency to clean well, not give my place a lightspeed once-over. All those problems aside, and aside from the fact that I have to get another cleaning agency to do it correctly... At least the place smells good.

Essie and her team are AMAZING!! I needed the house cleaned in a pinch and she just happened to have an opening a few days before Christmas. With all of the great reviews, I thought Id take a chance and Im SO glad I did. Our house was spotless!! Essie came on time and wished me a Merry Christmas as soon as I opened the door. She was so kind and confident that I felt good about my decision to hire CRP immediately (before they ever cleaned a thing). She came in alone first and walked through the house with me, room by room. I had another cleaning service come years before and they just all came in and dispersed throughout my house, barely saying a word to me and it made me so uncomfortable. Essie was the complete opposite and I greatly appreciated that! She assured me that I would love how thorough she and her team were and she didnt disappoint! I wanted a deep clean and thats exactly what I got! I have NEVER had a company or an individual clean the way Essie and her team did. They hand washed my blinds, got down on their hands and knees to deep clean my kitchen floors and also hand washed my base boards!! I mean, no stone was left unturned! Additionally, they cleaned with natural products so my house didnt smell like chemicals. Essie uses essential oils along with other powerful natural cleaners, so the house was super clean and smelled sooo fresh and wonderful. The girls Essie had cleaning with her were so sweet too. I just felt happy and comfortable having them in my home. And they were in and out in a few hours, which was amazing for the amount of deep cleaning they did. I am definitely having them back for regular cleaning now and I highly recommend them!
