I read the two negative reviews, and Im thinking this must be under new management as I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. From the owner/manager Brett checking in to make sure Im satisfied with their service and Hildas reminder calls the day before to my "yellow" team of ladies (Marlene, Maria, Berta, and Yahjaire) that have been coming each week since early spring, I cannot emphatically express what an amazingly well organized system they have in place. Their work ethic is outstanding: consistent, reliable, and thorough. I can run my fingers across pictures, floor boards, and not a speck of dust. My older sons allergies have even shown improvement. One more thing that I would like to mention. Marlene had brought to my attention a lamp that had a small crack in it, concerned how it came to be and if it may have happened on their watch. It didnt...it was there since we moved in (movers turning it to hide their damage). Just the fact that she noticed this and mentioned it means a lot in a time where more people take the easy route than doing what is right. These are the things that speak volumes for the character and integrity of a business, and I truly hope they continue the great job theyre doing. - Leela Jimenez

I had a horrible experience with this service. I purchased a cleaning as a present for my sister with specific instructions about not wanting this to cost my sister anything, as this was a gift. This was also after discussing the cleaning specifics in great detail and paying more for The Maids compared to other quotes from cleaning services in the area. The maids showed up and put my sister on the spot telling her that it would cost more than I had purchased and made her write them a check. I was horrified at the response from Rica, the franchise owner, when I called to discuss the situation. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the phone, she literally screamed at me. She does not understand the meaning of customer service. Please do not use this service, and I would appreciate anyone reading this to tell anyone they know looking for a house cleaner not to ever use The Maids in Suwanne, GA.

I have been using them every two weeks for over two years. I cant say enough great things about them. I have 4 boys and two dogs so I am so very thankful for these ladies. They show up when they are supposed to and I always receive a reminder call or email the day before. The ladies are sweet and work hard and efficiently. The companys new owner, Brett, is great to work with too. When my husband was unemployed and between jobs for a month or so, I was able to suspend my service and pick right back up without any problems. I will never stop using them!

We have been through numerous services over the past Five (5) years and I am so thankful that we found The Maids. The new owner, Brett, is super attentive and the team that comes out to the house are all very friendly, trustworthy, and professional and they do a fantastic job. They were so good at the house, we hired them to clean our large office building and again, are doing a fantastic job! I highly recommend The Maids to everyone. The Maids have been cleaning our home since 2007. Although team members and the owners changed over the past 9 years, we still love their service. We tried 3 other cleaning services in Forsyth County, and The Maids are truly THE BEST. I love the team - they are excellent. We highly recommended The Maids without any reservations. Nobody out cleans The Maids. Trustworthy, Friendly, Dependable, Professional and the results are always Superb!

We have had many years of great service from The Maids. They are a group of four or more coordinated to clean a whole house in an amazingly short time. I especially appreciate this since Im retired and like to get the house back to myself in short order. The owners have always been good about fixing or replacing broken things (only 2 in all the years). Highly Recommend!

The business owner, Rekha, is extremely difficult to deal with, rude and disrespectful. Get ready to be reprimanded if you deal with her as the customer is always wrong. Its a shame as the cleaning crew did a good job, but they never came when Rekha said they would and your schedule will revolve around her.
