We had Molly Maid come out to start service on cleaning our house. The first time they came out they did a deep clean and spent over 3 hrs at our house cleaning it top to bottom. My wife is does a great job cleaning our house normally and it was very important to her to have a cleaning service that was up to her standards. They not only met her standards but exceeded them. On the second cleaning of the house though something caught our newly installed carpet and did some damage to it. I called when I realized it and spoke with the owners that same day. They offered to have someone come out to look at it and repair within 24 hours. Due to my schedule we couldnt meet that quickly but they kept working with me to find a time that works best for our schedule. They did the repairs today and Cindy gave me a call this afternoon to make sure I was happy with the repairs. You learn a lot about a company when things go wrong and what I learned is that Molly Maid is good at cleaning but even better at doing the right things and taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend dealing with Molly Maid.

My wife and I decided to have our house cleaned for the first time. It is tough allowing a stranger into your home to we were a bit nervous. After reading a bunch of reviews online we decided to give Molly Maid a chance. Never the less we spoke with Scott and Cindy in the office and immediately all our fears were put to rest. From that first moment to the day when the ladies arrived to clean, we were treated with respect and care. If you are even considering hiring a cleaning company, look no further. Molly Maid is the best in the business!

Molly Maid employees whove visited our home are always professional and friendly. The girls are always on time, clean efficiently, thoroughly, and will focus on areas I need extra attention paid to. With four kids between the ages of 6 and13, this house gets wrecked in a hurry, and its so relaxing to come home to cleanliness...at least a couple days a month anyway! We love Molly Maids services and recommend them to all our neighbors and friends!

The goal is to keep the house clean and every saturday is cleanup catchup day. Molly maid helps the routine day to day cleaning go much faster when I have them do the more intensive "scrubbing" and what not. Gives us more quality time together.
