****Follow up***** Manager Heather gave me a call promptly upon receiving the initial review and today she herself led a cleaning team to re-clean the areas in my house for 1 hour. I appreciate what Heather and her team have done. It impressed me that she cleaned with the other two ladies to make sure all spots are covered this time. This team was fast and efficient this time. **** Hello, I just want to provide some feedback regarding the cleaning service you provided this Tuesday 08-15. You sent a team of 3 cleaning ladies to work for 2 hours on Tuesday. We did not ask them to cover the entire house, we know its a big house, we only asked them to cover below areas: --Clean the 2 bathrooms (both small size) --Clean the kitchen (small to medium size) --Clean 2 bedrooms --mop lounge floor --2nd floor hall way. We moved in yesterday 08-16, a day after the cleaning, and heres what we discovered: Several kitchen cupboards are not wiped at all, some were still full of SPIDER WEBS I scrubbed the bath tub and it was DIRTY. Theres still dust everywhere in the 2nd bathroom Bedroom desk and drawers are both full of dust Bedroom shutter doors are still full of dust, one of the girls spent 30 min wiping it, what was she doing? playing with her phone? When the cleaning crew were here the house was still empty, and there were no furniture to clean, I do not understand why 3 people for 2 hours did such a poor job. Its hands down the least professional cleaning service weve had. I think one of the managers should come out and Ill show you each spot. At the time when they finished cleaning, I didnt feel like inspecting in front of them, I thought that would be demeaning and we chose trust that they did a good job. Last night as I was unpacking I had to personally re-wipe a lot of kitchen cupboards again, and I kid you not--- white cloth in, black cloth out. I just want to know: What were the ladies doing with their time?? One lady spent the entire 2 hours just on the kitchen and I still have to clean it after her. The other lady spent 2 hours just on 2 small bathrooms and I still have to re-clean them?? I look forward to hearing what you think.
